Alua Atlantico Golf - All Inclusive

Nothing to complain about at all! Really lovely comfortable stay. Very clean, large room, and the food was fresh. Friendly staff and the hotel was run really well. Great weather and views and facilities for kids of all ages. We will be back next year! .

The hotel condition and the location are amazing but we found following issues which makes me rate this stay to only 2 stars. -Drinking water unavailable, no night support from staff, 2 small Beds were joined for a sea view suite, Reception staff was busy and rude, restaurant ran out of food.

Stayed here in May 2025. Conveniently located just 15/20 mins from the airport and about €20-25 in a taxi each way. The suite room in block 4 was very modern and spacious for 2 adults and 1 small child, with a large balcony. Rooms were exceptionally clean and housekeeping was great. Plenty of wardrobe space, bathroom with shower was large and good water pressure too with shampoo and body wash provided. Safe, fridge and kettle were also in the room which was handy. Food is what you'd expect from an all-inclusive buffet. Lots of salad, selection of cold meats and cheese and great live cooking of meat and fish as well as plenty of other dishes and paella to enjoy. Desserts included creamy cakes, ice cream and fresh fruit. Self service in the restaurant for drinks too, including beer and wine/sangria. We also experienced the Italian buffet in OCEAN restaurant (reservation required and booked via the app), and both times we really enjoyed the food and selection. We ate breakfast in OCEAN each day too as it was it was very close to our room. Breakfast wasn't my favourite, I personally didn't like the hot meats like the sausages and bacon, but there were plenty of other options to eat including fresh fruits, cereals, toast, hash browns, beans, churros etc. I liked the token system for the drinks cup and towels (deposit taken at reception and refundable when tokens returned at the end of the stay). It meant that there wasn't any greed at the bar of people ordering lots of drinks and we had the option to switch for clean beach towels every couple of days. The pools were great for kids as not too deep, the splash pool was ideal for children as it was shallow waters, but not great for kids that don't like too much splash! The main pool was also really nice and plenty of sunbeds (although I can imagine this being chaos in the peak of summer). The flooring around the pool was VERY slippery and I saw multiple people slip. There's a couple of supermarkets close by, which were handy. Overall a great hotel for the time that we travelled.
