A master bedroom with en-suite and two bedrooms upstairs. The property is 100 metres to beach and a short stroll to fantastic restaurants and cafes and shops and all the Phillip Island has to offer. Perfect for getaways all year round. Beautiful home and great location
Beautiful home, big rooms and lovely decor. Included everything for a quality experience. Peaceful and pretty. Close to shops and cafes.

Perfect house, perfect location
We had a great stay. The house is close to everything but also so peaceful and quiet. It was well presented, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the strip of cafes and restaurants. We hope to return soon.

Great Location
Thank you Alison & Andrew for another lovely stay. House is in a terrific location, easy to walk to shops and beach. Beds comfy, house clean and we loved being able to bring our fur baby (mini spoodle) with us. Great having the heater split system down stairs, did wonder if worth getting a panel or small heater for upstairs mezzanine area where kids hang out. We still loved our short stay and would definitely return. 10/10 thank you.

Great property and location
Within walking distance of everything incl beach. House clean with so much for kids to do. They were never bored with all the games.

Great place and location with easy beach access and the general locale.
Awesome place for a small family, modern and all expected amenities. We did though need to spend some time cleaning after the previous guests as we found the floors were sandy, kitchen table had crumbs and sauce on it and general surfaces were not wiped clean. Other thanh that small inconvenience we thoroughly enjoyed the home, the area and at a fairly priced cost making it accessible to families for a short stay in these though times.
