Spooky Channel Villa is named after one of Roatan's famous dive and snorkel sites, situated a short swim or snorkel straight off of our private dock. Diving and fishing the boats will pick you up right off the end of the dock. Both the house and the dock have outdoor fresh water showers for your convenience. The Villa is right on the beach on the north shore of the island which highlights nice breezes and amazing sunsets. The hammock and comfy chairs on the patio offer the perfect spot for eating, relaxing, and taking siestas! A cold water dipping pool also enhances the patio. The Villa has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and separate bathrooms. The living room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Internet and WIFI are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker and has a full set of dishes, cups, utensils, etc. While a car isn't necessary - cabs and buses are easily accessed at the end of the neighborhood road - there is a driveway directly at the Villa. Shops, restaurants and bars are about 10 minutes away. A private chef can be arranged to come and cook for you via Vanessa...let us know if interested. Quiet and private This is a nice property in a quiet area right on the water but needs some TLC. When we areives, there was a dirty mop on the porch as well as old nails and chipping paint.

Absolute Paradise Everything about this property, the owner, and manager was perfect. Very short drive to anywhere. We had everything we needed or wanted right at the house. Snorkel equipment and chairs provided. This is a must stay at place. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect for a family with kids This place is a hidden gem! We stayed here with our two young boys and they loved the beach and dipping pool! The house was perfect for a family with kids. We felt very safe the entire time and enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We saw a starfish and a few fish under the pier. My only criticism would be that the pier is in need of repairs but that is supposed to be done soon. All in all, it was the perfect stay for us to relax and enjoy time together as a family in an unbelievably beautiful setting.

Sunnyside Excellent stay. Internet was fast. Cable tv for at night was excellent. Beach was beautiful. Snorkeling off the beach was close only negative is you had to swim across a very busy channel. House itself was well equipped ,clean and comfortable. A/C in bedrooms was nice .

Lovely place This house is wonderful! The snorkeling is beautiful at the reef, just a short swim away. Chris the owner and Vanessa the property manager were easy to deal with and took care of things promptly.

Beautiful Setting This property was perfect for low key, out-of-the- touristy madness relaxation. We 4 sisters in our 70's enjoyed being right on the beach to watch the waves, birds, & sunsets. A couple of us snorkeled using the equipment supplied. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare some meals. It was easy to get a taxi from the nearby main road to go to the West End. We also easily beach walked to a couple of restaurants.. We never needed to use the bedroom air conditioning as the open windows & ceiling fans kept us comfortable. The biggest improvement we'd suggest is a thorough cleaning and/or painting of the louvered kitchen cupboard doors which we recognize must be a challenge to keep clean when multiple guests and sea air are continuously impacting them. We highly recommend this VRBO.
