This unique house is located in the historic district of downtown Sanford. Only minutes to downtown Sanford, 10 minutes from the Orlando Sanford International Airport, 1-5 miles to major highways. The front patio is very spacious with a table, chairs and hammock to relax in. Surrounded by large trees, you feel like you are camping in the city. The living space is one large great room with a beautiful farmhouse table that can fit 10 people comfortably. There is a home theater set up with a 60" curved 4K smart TV and 4K DVD player.. Live TV, Netflix, Disney+, and a collection of DVD movies are available for you to use. There’s a music nook with a piano, record player and records. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, plenty of pots and pans. The Rose Room: The master bedroom has a king sleep number bed. French doors lead from the bedroom onto a large screened in porch. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. The Dogwood Room: The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized day bed and full size trundle bed. The room is stocked with board games and toys. The Tulip Room: The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a desk. Tree Top Suite A guest suite is attached to the house with it's own private entrance. It's one bedroom with a queen size bed, attached full bath and has a kitchenette.
