"У нас было фантастическое время пребывания в отеле Fischer. Это было прекрасным теплым приветствием и чувствовал себя дома. Все было найдено хорошо представлено и очень чисто. Континентальный завтрак был блестящим с лучшими вкусными роликами, которые я когда-либо имел. Очень хорошее разнообразие на предложении и каждый день другой местной специальности, чтобы попробовать. У нас даже было бекон и яйца - для нас британцы - что было приятным прикосновением. Нам всегда было поощрять себя от завтрака, чтобы сделать наши обеденные ящики, чтобы убрать на несколько дней. Они даже предлагают вам обертку бумаги и сумки для этого. Залы очень чистые и кровати удобные. Бар - блестящее дополнение, а бармен (валлийский!) фантастика - с хорошими советами и советами, куда идти. Положение отеля просто идеально, в центре города - и все же очень quit. Только камень бросает в сторону блестящего открытого / внутреннего бассейна. Мы провели фантастическое пребывание, много поездок и прогулок и не можем дождаться возвращения."

"The hotel is beautifully located in St. Johann, and waking up to the stunning mountain views every morning was an amazing experience in itself. It really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The town center is only a pleasant 10–15 minute walk away, which makes the location both peaceful and convenient. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We booked four rooms, and while one had mattresses that could use an update, this was a minor point in an otherwise very positive experience. Between the fantastic weather, the incredible hiking in the area, and the overall charm of the hotel, we had a truly wonderful stay. We would definitely come back!"

"We stayed in Alpenhotel Kaiserfels St. Johann the last week of September, we had booked an escorted tour with Topflight from Ireland. The hotel was absolutely fabulous, exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional and the food was amazing. Room - We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The room was spacious considering we had an extra bed for our son. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, two robes and slippers, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. It was a bit strange having the toilet in a separate area to the sink and shower, luckily we had our own hand wipes, it might be a suggestion to provide these as there is a hygiene concern there. WiFi worked great and the TV had a couple of English speaking news channels. The balcony was a great size with stunning views of the Alps and valley. Food - We had breakfast and dinner included (half board) which was buffet style with a huge selection to suit everyone's tastes and a different theme for dinner every evening. Food was of a very high standard, absolutely faultless and staff were amazing. Upon first arrival you're given a table for the week which is great. Shout out to Sofia who was a fantastic waitress and exceptionally good with our son, so friendly, helpful and kind. The only issue I have is paying €3 for water, I do think this should be included in the price. Hotel - The hotel itself is located about 25/30 minutes walk from the town centre or €10 taxi fare each way. It's in a very peaceful and quiet location, the sound of the cowbells was lovely. It's a fabulous modern hotel but could do with a bit of entertainment for guests in the evening, most people in the bar were playing card or board games, not much atmosphere really. There was plenty of amenities eg. indoor pool, sauna, kids playground and playroom etc during the day. All of the staff from the cleaning crew to the kitchen/dining crew and reception were so helpful and attentive. I'd like to especially mention Judith on reception for being so helpful and friendly answering all our questions with ease. Overall if you're looking for a stylish, clean, quiet hotel with beautiful views, great food and attentive staff this is the one for you."
