Белье сушилось в открытом коридоре, а душевые и туалеты были грязными. Общежитие напоминало мне тюрьму. Люди в моей комнате были шумными, и общежитию пришлось с этим мириться, так что это был самый утомительный отдых за всю мою поездку в Италию.

В целом, у меня остались хорошие впечатления от хостела Seven. Комнаты были хорошими, с удобными кроватями и отличным кондиционером, что делало пребывание приятным. Хостел предлагает вкусный завтрак, а на крыше работает замечательный шеф-повар, который готовит вкусные блюда; персонал кухни был дружелюбным и обеспечивал превосходное обслуживание. Хотя ванные комнаты могли бы быть чище, общая атмосфера была гостеприимной. Расположение не самое лучшее, но оно удобно расположено недалеко от железнодорожной станции, что позволяет легко передвигаться. Несмотря на несколько недостатков, мне понравилось мое пребывание, и я оценил предлагаемую ценность.

Молодые друзья со всего мира, Луиджи на террасе второго этажа за ужином, очень дружелюбный, добрый и услужливый.

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Чистый номер с небольшим балконом. Нет маленького холодильника. В хостеле есть терраса на крыше с красивым видом. Завтрак был нормальным, можно было бы улучшить.

Seven Hostel was perfect for me. Short walk to the bus and train station in Sant'Agnello but walkable from Sorrento too. Rooms were perfect and everyone I met there was lovely.

女性専用ドミトリーに泊まりました。 二段ベッドの下の段は、天井が低すぎて、小柄な私でもすこし窮屈でしたが、清潔感はありました。 部屋の中にロッカーがあったのも良かったです。 ただ、ドミトリーのドアの鍵が壊れているのか、コツを掴まないと全然開けれません。 同部屋の方々みんな困っており、ノックして部屋の人に開けてもらうか、ドアを開けっぱなしにしていることが多かったです。 直すか、チェックインの時に受付の方も部屋まで来ていただいて、開け方を教えてくれたら親切だと思いました。 シャワー室は、おそらく1日一回だけの清掃のように感じました。 夕方のシャワー室は比較的綺麗なのですが、翌朝はトイレットペーパーが床に散乱していて汚かったです。 ロケーションですが、バスを使いこなせれば、便利な場所だと思います。 日帰りでアマルフィやポジターノにもいくことが可能です！

Давайте перейдем к сути, этот хостел не очень хорош. Они не гостеприимны, они разместили меня и моего друга в разных комнатах, замок в нашей комнате был сломан и потребовалось некоторое время, чтобы его починить, и они дважды забронировали одну из наших комнат, так что двум людям пришлось спать в одной кровати. Теперь, это хостел, так что вы заранее знаете, что там не будет лучших или самых хороших условий проживания. Но, несмотря на это, из всех хостелов, в которых я останавливался, этот был худшим опытом, настолько, что мы уехали пораньше, чтобы вернуться в Неаполь. Мой совет: оставайтесь в Неаполе, если вам нужен хостел, или просто потратьте больше на номер в отеле поближе к центру города. Добраться до центра Сорренто из хостела Seven — это кошмар.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM ARTISTS - CHARGED 96 EUROS FOR NO REASON I stayed in May 2024. First of all, it is extremely dirty, no air conditioning, it feels like a sauna at night, the "free breakfast" is absolutely horrible and disgusting, the washrooms are very dirty, the atmosphere is hostile. But this is the main reason I'm writing this review. See attachments as proof. I was charged 96 euros a few days after I checked out by "mistake." The hostel admitted this charge was a mistake, however they were unable to refund me to my credit card that they charged. Instead, they could only refund to European bank accounts with an IBAN. I told them I'm from Canada, I cannot make a European bank account because I'm not a citizen, why can you not proceed with a wire transfer?? They refused. I ended up finding a friend with an IBAN. Then they told me they'll only refund me 70 euros because the transfer fee is 26 euros. Why am I supposed to pay and be responsible for a transfer fee for your refund, the refund to a charge you admitted was by "accident". I have been communicating back and forth for months, see the timestamps on the screenshots, it is currently October 30th and I have yet to recieve my refund, a total of 6 months since I stayed at Seven Hostel. Avoid this place like the plague, they swiped my card without consent, who's to say they won't do the same to you?

Absolutely horrendous. Bed bugs are everywhere and got bites all over my legs. Make sure to clean out your luggage before going to your own home as I brought bed bugs back. Not ideal. Showers were probably the best part. Air conditioning doesn’t work and some rooms don’t lock.

Not a boutique hostel at all . First the room was not as advertised on the website, instead we were in a white room with black metal bunk beds (picture attached). The bunk beds don’t even have barriers on one side so you could even fall out the other side. The wood underneath the mattress on the bunks nearly snapped through and broke whilst someone was underneath. Additionally our door would not lock so anyone could walk into our dorm at any time. We were in the sunflower dorm. There was also a hole in a wall, which was covered up by TAPE. No one’s air conditioning worked so every room was like an oven and very humid. Friends in other dorms, believe it or not, had bedbugs in their room. The toilets didn’t have a toilet seat on as well as see through glass for the showers, so someone could watch you. Lastly, it is good you do get breakfast, but your options are: croissants, cereal, cheese, ham and bread which was as hard as bricks to eat. The roof downstairs leaks when it rains. I know this isn’t 5 star accommodation but for the price it could have been a lot better. Overall complete disaster. Do not visit.

I stayed in this accomodation for a few days and I was impressed by the cleanliness and size of the hostel. Breakfast is complete and included in the price, I loved the terrace on the top floor where you can eat and relax. The property is just a few minutes from the center and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Young atmosphere, I will definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel in Sorrento! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and with breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, ideal for meeting other travelers. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking to enjoy Sorrento in a pleasant and affordable environment. Five stars well deserved!
