Hotel Village

Staying here for 5 nights, we were warmly welcomed by Zoe who explained the facilities and shown to our room. The view down to the cove is stunning with a sunset in the evening. Our room is very spacious, bathroom is huge and the shower is powerful & hot . Aircon is great and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet, with a choice of egg dishes made fresh to order from kitchen. Isobel the morning waitress is fantastic, friendly and accommodating. We had dinner last night , the standard of ingredients & cooking was exceptional, the tuna Tatar was one of the best starters I have ever had , I followed with a rack of lamb , cooked perfectly. My wife had goats cheese & figs to start , followed by home made pasta, which is freshly made every day . Our server was Augustinio, who guided us with great advice on our choices. There are some lovely restaurants in the vicinity of this hotel, but don’t miss out on dinner on a few nights during your stay . The pool area is stunning and like the rest of the property is spotlessly clean & comfortable. The owner Hendric is very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be making return visits to this wonderful hotel.

A positive to start great pool area with plenty of sun beds, however tightly packed together . Room Shared a room 2 adults & two teenagers. Put you up beds not strong or suitable for teenagers & room very small with no power points for charging mobiles etc. room cleaned everyday & to a ok standard. Food Very busy at every meal time & tables very close together. Food what you would expect , food in my opinion average but a wide choice so ok for just a week. Lifeguards Very strict in deep pool with NO adults allowed to simply sit in a rubber ring. To my horror lifeguard made an elderly lady get out right there & then . He then had to dive in & pull her up from under the water ! No reason for this at all & I know a lot of adults complained re not being able to use a ring to simply sit in! Evening entertainment Boring boring boring repeat repeat repeat. 6 out of 7 nite 4 members of entertainment team sing I take my hat of to them for energy & work they must put in but really do we want to see them sing every night…. NO. Quite funny that after about 2 songs audience simply get up & go. Very poor for 4* Holiday Village. We have been to 5 Holiday villages and this is the worst. Needs a revamp & a rethink on entertainment. Would not return.

This hotel is beautiful in a magical setting. It is exceptionally well run with the kindest staff who make you feel so welcome and relaxed. The attention to detail is fantastic - the quality of fruit at breakfast, cleanliness and room cleaning. The evening meal was delicious too. There is a lovely tapas bar 5 min walk away which is well worth a visit too.

This was our 2nd visit to a “Holiday Village”, the first being in Majorca. The standards of this hotel are good, but I do feel Majorca’s we’re slightly better. The food choices here are your standard All Inclusive choice and quality. Not bad, but not 5*. It’s what you’d expect of an all inclusive buffet, both home and abroad. The Italian and Sunset Grill restaurants are much better, highly recommend visiting them. The location is fantastic. We had the most amazing view of the beach and the sea. A pleasure to wake up to every morning. The beach is a five minute walk and is fantastic. Sea is very calm and clean. Hotel is a short walk to a couple of shops across the road. I initially thought that the location of this hotel was the best thing, but I quickly realised it was the entertainment team. The “Purple People” (as my 6 yr old called them) were absolutely amazing. My son actually cried when he realised it was his last Kids Club session. Every single one of them worked so hard and ensured all the kids (and adults) had a great time. There are so many activities (download the Holiday Villages app to see). The stand outs by far were the evening Entertainment Team. Chloe, Erin, Matty, Oliver, Sophie and especially Trevor… The premium cocktails WERE brilliant! The Russel The Brussel t-shirt doesn’t fit! (the PTY crew) were amazing. Made the evenings so much fun, for the adults and the children) This team needs to be massively recognised by their superiors, because they are the reason I’d come back to this hotel (and would love to know if they move to another location). Overall, a very good holiday. Minor complaint with a birthday celebration mess up they was quickly resolved, but otherwise, worthy of 4 stars. Thank you!

This Hotel is a gem. The friendly welcome, the view, the spacious room, the cleanliness and much more was just amazing. The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste, very decorative served. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept very clean. The staff is super friendly, helpful and discreetly.

What an amazing holiday!!! there were pools, water slides and beaches (1minute walk) Breakfast, lunch and dinner had lots of variety’s of food fresh everyday. There was one room split into two rooms one with sofa beds and one double bed . IMPROVEMENTS The days were very hot and by the sun beds there weren’t many shade umbrellas. BEST BITS The water slides were brilliant they were huge and amazing . The beaches were very close and the they were sandy they had lots of bars by them.They were lots of clubs for the children like football, swimming and acting. It was the best !!!!!!! FROM A 9 YEAR OLD!!!!!!!!!!!

Took niece ( 14) with husband for half-term break. Food on some of the days very good and other days repetitive. Had to get up early if you wanted a sub lounger in the sun. Towels changed 3 times a week. Hotel May face the beach but there is no sand and instead is rocky pathway. However, there is a beach to the left of the hotel which I think you pay for a lounger and there is a bar/restaurant. The two restaurants we could visit included in our stay offered a limited menu. We hired a car and went to Ibiza town.

We took a punt on this place based on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel completely at home by the wonderful staff. The room was good, the food excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Its a small hotel (20 rooms I believe) family run and truly unlike any hotel I've ever stayed in. Look at the Trip Advisor reviews - they are all 5star for a good reason. We will definitely return next time we are in Ibiza - we didn't want to leave!

We booked 2 x room for my wife and 3 children at very short notice and were delighted with Hotel Village. It is very clean and well presented, the rooms are spacious and very he food was very good indeed. The director Hendrik could not have been more helpful and his local advice was excellent, I have to say that we were very lucky to find this hotel and it did not disappoint, it is Highly recommended!!!
