My place is close to Disneyland Resort (10 miles), the airports, parks, multiple freeways, Anaheim Convention Center, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and stores and almost every fast food group within 1 mile. We are a short drive, Uber/Lyft, or taxi from John Wayne Airport.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds.
My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets-breed restrictions apply). About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 3 total).$100 Pet Fee Required per stay-Prior Approval Reqd.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Crib/infant supple rental service available.About customRules:Parking only in garage or driveway
For those traveling with pets, you must pick up after your pet within the complex and from the patio ..WiFi included - The cost of ordering any non-free shows will be deducted from the deposit.,If the pool key is lost, it will be taken out of your deposit $250 (our cost). Adults must be with children at the pool. Some pool toys supplied..About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Not within the house or garage.About events:No events allowed.

Great place, convenient location
Our party consisted of three couples, and this house worked great for us. The living room was a comfortable place to hang out, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Jim did a great job answering any questions we had.

Spacious house for families
We really enjoyed our stay in this house. More room than a hotel. Full kitchen with lots of items including coffee and breakfast for the first day. Very roomy bedrooms. Decor is a little tired but all aspects of the home are very useful when away from your home. Check in and instructions were very clear. Check out was super easy. Costs were clear up front too. Safe and quiet neighborhood as well.

Santa anna gated condo
Perfect location to family. Bed and showers and all basic needs met and exceeded. Decor and design a bit dated but we knew that going in and none of that bothered us anyway. The price could not be beat and the only complaint is noisy and echoing

Bad choice
The A/C didnt work the first night. It was 98 degrees outside, 92 inside. Very frustrating to sweat all night. Didn't sleep well at all. House

Great location
Great location. Easy to access. Very safe neighborhood. Quiet. Nice to have a few extras. Shampoo, cream rinse, soap. Someone had left sunscreen, which we needed. Cinnamon rolls and OJ wete a nicevtouch

Family Reunion

Very comfy
Was a very roomy house, clean and the property manager was so helpful. Although very out dated its comfortable for the whole family we were they're only for a place to sleep & shower. Very good location with stores all around. Only 1 thing that bothered me, the bedroom ceiling fan light where we were sleeping turned on 3 times a night for 6 days in a row😒. But over all a very nice stay.

Access to property was very convenient. Centrally located to many of the attractions we visited. Property was very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 6. Would highly recommend property and would definitely come back.
