The beach which is one of the most beautiful in the coast is at 5 minutes walking distance down the hill and has a private access. 10 minutes by car is Montañita, a very eclectic little village with a very cosmopolitan atmosphere and lots to see and do, Montañita is mostly known as a world class surfing destination. Long walks on the beach, surfing, whale watching during the summer months and many other activities are possible in the area. The house is perfectly located to be used as a base to explore the coast North and South. The nearest international airport is in Guayaquil which is at 2.5 hours by car.
