Reception area very clean but very bland with very little seating for the amount of people, do not cater for the British. Deluxe room?? sofa with no legs ,two single mattresses pushed together ,mini bar is a fridge with two bottles of water every day, no spare bedding ie pillows, holes in sheets, towels stained and old, sink had not been fixed on support nearly fell on the floor.no table on balcony; all furniture need replacing ,just not nice. food, In the main bland restaurant was very good. pool pasta bar lunch snacks dont bother burgers not cooked ,all the is just not right, the beach restaurant food is undercooked with a lovely smell of drains. bars, mostly small glasses and the service is rubbish.do not tip anyone. 4 pools??? 2 swimming pools in urgent need of repair. the other 2 pools are kids pools only about 1ft deep. dont expect to sit any where near a pool unless you are up at seven to place a limited towel on a limited sunbed. the towel hut if open and can be found and has any towels you are lucky, no seating or tables around the lower swimming pool so just put your towels on the floor if you want a swim and stand if you want a drink. if you are lucky to see an empty sunbed its probably broken. beach.is probably the best thing about this resort. but the straw umbrellas falling apart some sunbeds broken and not many left. also do not expect to be able to swim in line with the hotel you have to walk up to next resort I feel this resort is run down to make you want to pay the 50 euro pp per day vip up grade to use the two other Melia resorts dont fall for it.do not be fooled by what the operators offers .just do not go there you will regret it it is not nowhere near a 4 or 5 star resort and i did speak with a manager about our feelings.
