Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country

Staying at the Hyatt was wonderful! I will come back again for the: 🛎️ Excellent Customer service 🍽️ Great breakfast 🐾 Pet friendly rooms 🛀 Bathtub 🏊Pool 📆Easy Booking 🌏 Location Nearby shopping mall, downtown restaurants, public transportation 40 minutes to SFO 15 minutes to Wine Country 20 minutes from Russian River

We had the best and most helpful staff greet us at the front desk. They we so accommodating and respectful our our situation. We had just arrived from the hospital. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all. Sincerely, Tammi M

Could not get bath spout to fill so I filled it with the shower wand but then the bath plug wouldn’t stay shut, we were so cold with our so called blankets on the bed that are so noisy to sleep with very stiff feel to them the walls in our room were very banged up with deep scratches and lots of hair found in the room(in bed n bathroom), tv was so slow to change channels that we finally gave up try to watch anything, spider webs in corner of room ceiling and an actual spider crawling around in bathroom .. I just really expected a more luxury stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed with this stay.

This was a perfectly located Hotel to stay in Santa Rosa. We are able to conveniently jump on and off the freeway quickly to get to different locations just to the North and South of where the Hotel is located. The rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We loved staying here. Everyone working at this hotel was AMAZING! Nahir was the best person to check us in. He really set the tone of what our stay was going to be like. He gave us a 5-star experience and treated us really well. He deserves a bonus, raise, promotion, praise. I hope when we visit here again, we either see Nahir as a manager or he has moved on the bigger and better things as he was exceptional.

We enjoyed how convenient this property is. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Should totally skip the breakfast here.

Comfortable and convenient. Only downside was an event at the hotel took up all parking on a Saturday night

Our shower wasn’t working and then we were charged for a breakfast that we did not have. They did not offer any form of discount for our inability to shower during our hotel stay or move us and then when we got home, we realized that we were charged for breakfast that we did not have at Hyatt Regency, so we called again and they were going to remove it from our bill.

LIKES: Convenient location to downtown. Front lobby with fireplace, courtyard, clean grounds, view of the pool area from patio, amenities, large flatscreen TV with cable. DISLIKES: Check-in. I tried to check-in at 3:00 pm and was told my room was not ready. Waited until 4:30 pm to get my room assigned. Room was not serviced when we left for the day. I called the front desk for 2 towels, 2 face towels, and box of tissues, was promised to be brought right away. 30 mins later still did not arrive. I used the QR code to send the same request via text, and 15 mins later it finally arrived. Also, the room key did not work as I exited out the parking lot.
