Santorini Paradise Cave Houses

Maria, Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We particularly loved our private view of the sunset. It was awesome when everyone lined up and the crowds were waiting for the sun to set - we would have our wine and snacks on our semi-private patio with comfy chairs and an unobstructed view! This is a perfect getaway - Quiet yet in the middle of everything. You provided all that we needed for a care free stay... snacks, food, surprises of wine and treats, water, coffee...we even made grilled ham and cheese sandwiches at "home" one night when we didn't feel like leaving our room. The bed was so comfortable and my daughter was happy that we could log into our netflix account so we could chill when we had an early evening after a long day in the sun. The porter and other staff were so helpful and available to support us. Thank you for the best mother and daughter getaway we could have asked for.

The important fact to know for travelers who are looking to have the cliff view from the house, it’s NOT on the cliff… which was a bummer for us.. pictures on the site are not the cliff. Terrace, sunset are good but overall the property was run down… the price that we payed for the stay was not at all worth. Will go to Santorini more but would never stay at this property

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Blue & White Cave House. There was a big bottle of water, a bottle of wine, juice, and enough food to make lunch & breakfast for 2 people included in the fridge, which we really appreciated. The view from our private terrace was lovely (although I wouldn't call it "panoramic") - we couldn't see the sunrise or sunset directly from there (we were there end of June), but we did wake up about 30 min before sunrise and enjoyed seeing the changing colors of the sky over the caldera from our terrace. For sunset, we went up to Santorini Paradise's shared terrace (about a 5-7 minute uphill walk from our house - make sure you ask to be shown this place once you are checked into your place, as you will not be able to find it on your own) - this was truly the most beautiful location to see the sunset. There was another bottle of wine and juice for us in the fridge here, and we could see the sun set by the famous windmill of Oia. Maria was very helpful - she arranged a transport for us in the morning to get back to the port to catch our ferry, and her employees helped us with luggage. I suggest calling her (on the landline phone number on the website) when you are about 10 minutes away from the meeting point upon arriving, as it takes her employees abut 10 minutes to arrive (we did some waiting around during the check-in process, as there is not a centralized location for Santorini Paradise.)

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι μια υπέροχη, ευγενική καλλιεργημένη οικοδέσποινα. Μας κανόνισε το transfer και ο οδηγός μας έκανε μίνι ξενάγηση καθώς μας πήγαινε στο σημείο συνάντησης. Ένας ευγενάστατος και χαμογελαστός υπάλληλος μας βοήθησε με τα πράγματα και μας έδινε πληροφορίες για την Οία στην διαδρομή. Πρώτα μας έδειξε την ταράτσα όπου αργότερα απολαύσαμε ανενόχλητοι (μακριά από την πολυκοσμία) το ηλιοβασίλεμα πίνοντας κρασί και επιδόρπιο έκπληξη που μας πρόσφερε η κυρία Μαρία. Μετά μας συνόδευσε στο Sunset Studio. Όμορφος χώρος, άνετο κρεβάτι, πλήρη εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ΤΕΛΕΙΟ εσωτερικό Jacuzzi. Ανεπανάληπτη εμπειρία που δεν θα ξεχάσουμε ποτέ. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!
