Nice hotel with nice pool and sunset view

The best in Santorini even in the world. We spend 3 days in this hotel and It was a wonderful experience.

В отель Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas мы попали посте того, как нас переселили из Santo Mine Oia Suites где была очень сложная ситуация, отдельный мой отзыв есть для того отеля. Нам дали номер Royal, у которого 2 спальни бассейн и джакузи. Лично для меня дизайн номера был достаточно странным, он выполнен в стиле классической греческой пещеры, но это конечно на любителя. Номер внутри весь каменный и пол и стены и даже изголовье у кровати в основной спальне. То, как выполнен номер не дает возможности его нормально убирать, потому все углы и полки все время грязные. Покупая «пещеру» в греческом стиле в этом отеле, вы также покупаете и то, как было с те времена в таких пещерах, пыльно и темно. В номерах присутствует постоянная проблема с горячей водой, температура воды падает после 21 часа вечером и уже около 23 часов она практически холодная, администрация сделать с этим ничего не смогла. Обратите внимание на то, что номера совершенно не приватны, когда вы в своем личном бассейне или джакузи, вас без проблем видят все соседи и те, кто просто идет по дорожке в свой номер. Наш номер даже не был до конца укомплектован, скамейки на террасе небыли накрыты мягкими накладками и подушками, не было зонтов от солнца и т.д. Так как мы уже имели целый ряд неприятностей с этими отелями, мы просто решили сосредоточится на приятном времени на острове и перестать долбить администрацию отеля, которая в целом показала свою полную несостоятельность и некомпетентность во гласе с менеджером, господином Томасом. Мы посещали ресторан ALIOS ILIOS, который по данным отеля много раз выигрывал различные награды. Обслуживание в ресторане очень похоже на обслуживание в ресторанах Мишлен. Ресторан открывает потрясающий вид на закат. Что касается самого меню, то оно достаточно небольшое, кроме того, в наш визит 3 блюд, как и дегустационного меню не было. Из того, что было – не могу сказать, что я был в восторге от еды, я заказал стейк с прожаркой medium-rare в итоге получит приготовленный полностью стейк, почти well-done. Могу сказать, что в ресторанах в городе готовят на много вкуснее на мой взгляд, да и виды там не на много хуже. В целом складывается ощущение, что это был отличный отель, но несостоятельный менеджмент сделал из него место, в которое не хочется вернутся. Если этот отзыв дойдет до владельцев группы отелей – измените менеджмент и бизнес сразу наладится.

My husband and I stayed here the first week of September. Overall this hotel is lovely. Firstly this is not a party hotel, it’s extremely quiet, we only saw a few people at the bar, pool and around and about. We were assured they were full but you’d not of thought it was. We had one of the pools pretty much to ourselves for the week we stayed, which was nice. Our suite was large and spacious with good air conditioning. The hot tub had amazing sea views and was very secluded, we were not looked on by anyone! We had a useful fridge to hold drinks etc. We never had a meal at the restaurant it didn’t have an eat here vibe so we went in to Oia at night, which was only a 10-minute walk, up a cobble path. We did not mind this but if you have any mobility issues this would cause problems. We found the staff polite but not particularly helpful, we’ve stayed at a few hotels in Greece and always found the staff amazing, no-one really stood out here, it was an expensive hotel so we were surprised! I’m presuming lack of training I’m not sure, it didn’t spoil our stay but if you like 5* service I’d say this isn’t quite there, for us anyway. Our room could have had more attention, cleaning wise, it was ok, the outside area wasn’t touched in the 7-days we were there, leaving dead bugs on the patio etc, it is supposed to be 5*. Glasses were left on walls to be collected by staff for days sometimes, just lacked finesse. We came home, relaxed and chilled. In summary, location excellent- close to Oia but far enough away to escape the madness. If you want to enjoy a lovely experience then book Armeni restaurant, it’s located in Ammoudi Bay, it’s divine. Our hotel never recommend this to us even tho we asked for some!! Lovely hotel not 5* in our opinion, room for improvement but that said we enjoyed it. Santorini is a very special location we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Everything was 10/10 . The location was perfect. You could watch the sunset everyday, short walking distance from the centre of Oia, also great layout, clean. The staff were so friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. They have great set up for yoga and different classes all week, I don’t usually do yoga at hotel but this one was different, met the best yoga instructor (Katerina) she had great teaching style, naturally gifted and her classes were energising yet you leave feeling calm and relaxed. Overall we will get what you’re paying for and more! Will be back for sure.

Rooms are fabulous. Location is convenient to town and Ammoudi Bay! Great staff and breakfast. *Restaurant only average*, eat elsewhere for dinner. We recommend Basalt and Karma nearby. Housekeeping staff could improve a bit, we saw room service plates outside of rooms for over 24 hours, forgot to refill our coffee capsules, etc.. Main pool hours end early to clear the space for dining and sunset viewing.

We picked the perfect hotel in Santorini!! Our stay was amazing and Thomas the manager made it even more perfect!! Thank u to him!! I was unhappy with our first room because we booked the sunset view but the wall was blocking the half of the view. I spoke to Thomas and he was fabulous he honestly listened to our concerns and we changed rooms the next day!! The sunset at the pool restaurant was absolutely breathtaking!! The sunset from our room was even more breathtaking just wow!!! We are so glad we picked the location we did!! It’s like 10 minute walk to get into town but we found a shortcut!! One store was about a 5 minute walk and we grabbed drinks, snacks and water and bought it back to your room. The town was beautiful!! wow!! The windmills loved them!! The restaurants were amazing we had some delicious meals!! It got really hot and super busy between 12 and 5 but we came back to the hotel and went to the pool at the hotel! Great pool, good food & drink service! Breakfast was delicious we had no issues. ! Rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone so nice and great service all around!! This honestly was the perfect hotel for our stay in Santorini and so glad we picked this one! Thank u again Thomas u made our stay memorable. We took Our daughter with us and we saw so many other families in Santorini! Greece is honestly so beautiful and breathtaking!

We booked this hotel using points for our honeymoon and all I can say is wow. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the whole experience was phenomenal. Starting at the beginning, they greet you in the lobby with a welcome drink and sit down and explain the whole hotel to you. We did get upgraded to a suite with a better view. Since the hotel is spread out amongst a big property we went on a golf cart, but the guy came up with us and explain the whole room to us and the suite we had was giant, it was like our own apartment. It also featured a giant terrace with Jacuzzi tub and we had incredible sunset views. There’s actually two hotels here with the Santo Mine property on the other side (the Mine hotel opened in April 2024). They did offer us a complementary welcome drink at the pool on the Santo Mine side so we went over there and watched the sunset and it was so beautiful and romantic. Our room also included complementary breakfast, which was amazing. They had a wide selection of foods and everything tasted so fresh and high-quality. We weren’t staying long since we were Greek island hopping but I did make it out to the main pool and as soon as you sit down, they offer to bring you a towel and somebody also comes by and gives you a bottle of water. They also do turn down service in the room; the first night we got little chocolates on our pillows with bottles of water and the second day We had little lavender pouches with a little note that told us the temperature for the next day and more waters. The resort is away from the town however there is a footpath that literally takes like five minutes to walk into the town so it makes it really convenient to get into the more touristy area. When you’re on the resort property, it’s so quiet and peaceful that we literally were kicking ourselves for not bookinf more days here. Can’t recommend this resort enough. Seriously one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Definitely want to come back!

We checked out of this spectacular hotel this morning! The room was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space with lounge chairs, a jacuzzi and a table and chairs enabled us to spend most of our time out there and simply relax. Our porter upon check-in (I cannot remember his name, but I know he was from Kalamata) was quite possibly the BEST hotel employee we have ever encountered. You could tell he loved his job and got us very excited about our stay! I ate breakfast every day and was very pleased with the selection and the view of the water. Sunsets were gorgeous, and the short walk to the center of Oia makes this a phenomenal place to stay. I gave 5 stars because the positive of the resort outweighs the minor negatives. Our room was clean upon check-in, but the housekeeping during our stay was poor. The bed was barely made and the room was not actually cleaned. They left us with hardly any towels. We put dirty dishes right near the front door, and they just left them there. On the first day, the woman who did the turn down service was quite rude when we answered the door seeming disgusted that we were in the room. We had an issue with continuous running water in our toilet, and they sent maintenance. The gentleman flushed the toilet, said it was fine and left. He looked at us as if we were just two stupid women. A few minutes later the toilet, of course, starting running again. I called the next morning to let them know, and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room. Although the walkway to Oia may not belong to the hotel, it would be nice if they monitored the litter and broken glass for their guests. The trash continued to pile up over our 3 days there. We would return despite the issues we encountered.

Fantastic hotel fantastic staff fantastic location, can’t fault this hotel, from start to finish was perfect, definitely will be returning as it’s a rarity to find a place that ticks all the boxes. Would recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet and a hotel that is very well located
