We warmly recommend this hotel Neptune . The view from the rooms on the caldera is exceptional .Private pool on a large terrace , large room very clean and well equipped. We also are deeply touched by the people , Vicky at the reception and her colleague in the afternoon are so kind hosts ready to help anytime with such kindness . The lady cleaning the rooms is also so kind and efficient. The situation is perfect in an authentic village far from the crowded touristic ones . Nice little affordable restaurants very near and a small supermarket with all you need . Let’s also mention the good breakfast served every morning in the room .

The communication from booking to end of the stay is very clear and quick. Vicky greeted us with a warm welcome. Our room is clean and details of items included in the room is very well thought off. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very good sleep. The breakfast spread is very good and the heated pool was at the right temperature. I hope to recommend this place to friends and family. The only negative thing to stay about this place is I wished I had allocated more stay days to stay here. Thank you Neptune for a great stay. Chris

Wow. Where should I start… I couldn’t ask for a better room and hotel service. Best view, big rooms, good breakfast, and the best reception girls ever!!!!! (In a super reasonable price) We arrived with a plan for our vacation but changed it after the receptionist recommendations - each one was was better then the one before! They made our stay perfect, They sure do put the guests favour in first place. They will up to any request and will do anything to make your stay the best. You get the best value for your money

Very relaxing stay with fantastic views. Staff excellent. Breakfast served in room each day which was lovely. Short walk into Akrotiri square where there are a great selection of restaurants. Would recommend it Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

I struggled with finding a place to stay for our recent vacation in Santorini. Finally, I found Neptune Luxury Spa Suites, which had great reviews and amazing views. We were thrilled with our stay at Neptune and glad we made this decision. First, accommodation was a Deluxe Spa with outdoor private pool with a Caldera view. The room was reasonably sized for 3 people with a bathroom/sauna. The outdoor pool was fantastic, with a great view of the sea and the caldera. The pool had a jacuzzi and a large patio for viewing or sunbathing. The pace is located in Akrotiri, and hence very quiet and comforting. Of course, this means the pace is a bit far from Thira and Oia, but it is reasonable to use other transportations to get to these places, while you enjoy your quiet and exclusive vacation. Second, the amenities were superb. It starts with a sumptuous breakfast served in your room at a time desired by the guest. They also provide room service with a modest venue, with plenty of options for closely restaurants within walking distance. The place is also close to local area attractions like Akrotiri Archeological Site, red beach and Lost Atlantis experience. The hotel provides ample space for parking if you rent a car/vehicle. The Staff is excellent, pleasant and always available for guest needs. The hospitality staff Johanna and Sophia were outstanding in helping us with our itinerary. This includes transportation, dinner arrangements, catamaran cruises or any other local information, The hotel is small enough and I was impressed that both were always available to answer our questions and needs. It is remarkable that the staff recommends places from personal experiences. In particular, there was a restaurant we were interested in dining, and the staff dined at the restaurant the next day and gave us the feedback and made reservations for us. We find this experience exceptional in every way. In addition, the hotel offers airport pickup and drop off per request. As you can imagine, the summer costs of accommodation in Santorini is not cheap, but our stay at Neptune Luxury Spa and Suites was worth every penny. Overall, we did not have a single unpleasant experience during our stay and I highly recommend this pace for all future tourists.

The best hotel we could have chosen for our Honeymoon. We had just arrived from Athens, exhausted because we had a flight at 06:00 in the morning and had woken up at 02:00. Also, the experience at the hotel in Athens did not go well and we were a little disappointed. When we arrived we knew that of course we could only check in at 15:00 but we were so sleepy and tired that we thought that maybe the Athens experience would be prolonged and we were already getting discouraged. Sophia at the front desk was exceptional; she carefully (and patiently) managed to find a vacant room at that time and we were able to check in. As soon as I entered the room I realized that the experience had everything to be a dream. It exceeded expectations. The room is wonderful, stunning view, super calm, quiet, beautiful architecture! The room is so nice that I commented to my husband that I didn't even feel like visiting the island!!! I just wanted to stay there. After sleeping we went to the reception, once again Sophia was super super sweet! She showed us the whole island on a map, restaurant suggestions and gave us lots of interesting suggestions so we could enjoy this wonderful island to the fullest! And so it is... the experience is being so good that I can't wait for the last day to leave this comment! If there were 10000 stars that's what I would give. I look forward to going back to Santorini more often on vacation and WITHOUT A Doubt I will stay here at Neptune!

Couldn't ask for a better place. Private warm pool (jacuzzi) in the suite's balcony where you enjoy dipping in it even though it was cold and windy, with the view of the breathtaking caldera. Very clean suite, with a steam room, spectacular view at the Caldera, delicious breakfast served at the suites. Very friendly staff.

We selected this property based on the views/pictures provided on the website. When we arrived, we did not get what was promised. We were situated in room #1. The room itself is fine, the bathrooms are small, but the room is nice as is the outside space. The issue is that there is no view from the pool. All you see is a fence going from the property to the edge of the rock. You must stand up on something to get a view. For us, the reason to go to Santorini is the view. This is why we paid a premium price for this hotel. So to put it mildly, we were very disappointed when we realized that we had basically a very partial view. It was nothing like the pictures (the pictures are of room #3 - that one has the view they advertise at the same price as the other rooms). What happened next is what really soured us to the property. Given that we were not satisfied with our room, I strongly believe in making the complaint right away and seeing if there is any way to come t a resolution. When I approached Sofia (who is the property manager), she immediately became extremely confrontational, even rude, at one point calling me stupid. She refused to entertain any sort of compromise. She immediately charged my credit card (despite the fact that it was to be done until departure) and refused to provide any refund or discount. We went to her within the hour of arriving at the property. It was 1:00 PM I attempted to be reasonable offered to stay the night and leave the next day, but again she rudely said that no refunds were allowed and basically too bad. Considering the price of the room and the advertised moto that they are a luxury hotel catering to their guests, we were shocked at her attitude. We stayed the three nights we booked, but it was not the luxury retreat we were promised and it left us feeling very unsatisfied. It was certainly not the Greek hospitality we have always enjoyed and loved in Greece. This was our fourth time in Santorini and we have always had amazing experiences, thus the reason we keep coming back. The hosts could not do enough for your, making dinner reservations, checking up on you, bringing you water, etc. The host is usually part of the experience. We received none of that from Sofia at Neptune. She was rude, condescending and then ignored us for the rest of our stay. It was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. We have never, ever been treated like this anywhere. Given the price of this hotel, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. For the money, you can find something just as nice if not nicer and you will certainly be treated with respect and dignity as opposed to being treated rudely like we were at Neptune.

Struttura meravigliosa, le camere sono spaziose eleganti ed hanno una vista mozzafiato sulla Caldera, sono tutte dotate di una vasca idromassaggio privata sulla terrazza. La pulizia è impeccabile e lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale, ti senti coccolato dal primo all'ultimo giorno... Insomma impossibile trovare un aspetto negativo. Davvero consigliatissimo
