立地、接客、部屋の清潔感、朝食と全てがとても素晴らしかったです！ イアのメインストリートまでとほ1分の好立地だったので、疲れたらホテルに戻って小休止ということもでき、有難かったです。 またチェックイン、チェックアウトの際に対応して頂いた女性スタッフの方が、とても愛想がよく親切だったのがとても好印象でした。 部屋は写真の通り都市部のホテルのように洗礼されていて清潔感があり、とても気に入りました。 朝食も前泊した高級ホテルと比べても満足度に遜色はなく、想定以上の品揃えで、どれも美味しかったです。 またイアに滞在する際にはぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。素敵な滞在でした。ありがとうございました！

Friendly staff, very clean room with modern decoration, and nice breakfast. Rooms are not facing ocean view but everything else compensates. Shop and restaurants with ocean view are within 50m.

The hotel staff were so kind. They reccomended a lot of restaurants and photo spots. Thanks to their suggestion, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cmfortable. Thank you very much.

房間內和提供的圖片一樣，提供的早餐也很用心，酒店老闆人很熱情，服務很棒。 在伊亞，不過酒店不靠海，如果不介意沒有海景的話，這個酒店入住的性價比還是很高的，值得推薦。但如果希望懸崖酒店的那些浪漫（日出、日落、月光搭配紅酒），是需要離開酒店步行兩三分鐘的。另外也沒有泳池。 不過性價比，以及整體的入住體驗很值得推薦。

Place very clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. Took our luggage to our room. The included breakfast was good and was brought to our room.

4 starts goes to the fact they gave me a suite that had an outgoing A/C issue from another room. The outside of my suite was flooded and I had to call for service to clean and dry the outside patio during my stay. Other than that, great customer service, super clean, nice, and great breakfast!

Fileria suites made mine and my sons first travel in Europe very enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is very close to oia castle which really helped us take a walk down the pedestrian path leading to Oia castle in the morning and the evening. The views you see just 50m away from the hotel is incredible. Such a convenient and very clean place. Elsa was very sweet at the front desk. They are proud of their breakfast spread which is delivered to your room at a time convenient for you every single morning. Their breakfast will not disappoint you. It’s really yum and you do not have to rush in the morning to change and step out to have your buffet breakfast. Found it very convenient as my son was able to sleep late 😀. The bus station is not too far either. Just 7 mins walk which can take you to Fira. I would definitely recommend them.

Loved it here. Made to order breakfast served on your choice of 2 private balconies. Staff could help with anything and gave great recommendations. Bed was perfect.

Front and back balconies with made to order breakfast included. It is heaven here. Comfy beds, great staff. Booked activities for us. Recommended restaurants. Wouldn’t change anything

We had a great stay at Hotel X. The staff were nice, friendly, and very helpful. What's especially convenient is that the hotel is just a short distance away, just a few steps from the center. I highly recommend Hotel X to everyone.
