The hotel is located very centrally in Fira town: it’s right in the middle of the shopping, restaurant and pub area. Therefore, there is always a tiny bit of street noise (only pedestrians talking or a bit of party people fun, no car traffic!). The room was very spacious, furniture & facilties (wifi, fridge, hairdryer, aircon, tv) were all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. A bonus was the balcony with chairs and a table and a view over the hotel’s restaurant and neighbourhood plus a view to the distant mountain. Checkin was fast and easy. What needs a bit of renovation is the entrance area which is partly reception, and partly tour agency and exchange office: it looks a bit untidy and unwelcoming. The shower was the hottest and biggest I had in my 3 weeks of travels .

Esperienza molto positiva. Anche se la camera era un po' piccola, il soggiorno e' stato molto positivo, al di la' di ogni piu' rosea aspettativa. Il personale e' stato molto gentile e la camera sempre pulita. Ottima la posizione. Molto buono anche il ristorante adiacente allastruttura.

Hotel très sympathique en plein coeur de la ville de Fira, l’emplacement est idéal car c’est la ville la plus dynamique de l’île. Séjour d’une semaine impeccable, ménage plus que correct, personnel très accueillant et serviable. Seuls légers bémols, pas de « vraie » bagagerie et petit déjeuner unique. Nous recommandons.
