Best experience ever!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone! Actually couldn’t fault anything!

We had our best experience here in this lovely and exquisite hotel. From the tatami flooring through out and the private onsen, the ambience is relaxing and there is nothing we don’t love about this place!

The overall service was excellent, particularly the dinner and the breakfast arrangements. The Private Onsens facilities were extremely impressive. The only area for improvement was the supply of kimonos, as they were not readily available for ladies most of the time. Additionally, more colorful options would be appreciated.

Room is huge and clean with private onsen. The public bath is impressive, happened to soak when it was snowing, great and unforgettable vibe! Everything is perfect with the stay. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, one wouldn’t discover how great the service is when things go smooth and will take things for granted. We received extra and timely assistance from the hotel staff when upon checking out, our car battery died down, the reception staff had helped with communicating and a team of staff had helped with re-igniting the car battery for us, can’t thank them more when we have a plane to catch in that morning. Really appreciate their professionalism! It’s the people who made our stay even unforgettable!

This hotel offers absolutely no service. I had booked a bus transfer in advance but was directly told there was no bus. Upon arrival, I was rudely denied entry and was told to stand at the entrance for reservation confirmation. Even after presenting my passport and confirming the reservation, they still insisted on me providing the booking number. A one-hour late checkout was also not allowed unless we paid 2000 yen per person. Other experiences were fine—the room was decent—but the front desk staff clearly lack training and have very poor service skills.

Highly recommend location is good where a peaceful and very traditional. I really enjoyed.

Love the place. It was very clean and rooms were huge with private onsen. The price is a bit on the higher side but worth it. There is lawson and family mart nearby which was a big plus. Surrounding were pretty and location wise, it was perfect.

Amazing experience in the hotel, very comfort environment and room, excellent snow view while enjoying onsen. There is Lawson nearby within 500m. Breakfast and dinner not so recommended as you can get nicer food at Sapporo with same price ;)

There was no prior communication about the dinner timeslot but then when I arrived the hotel at 17:45， the staff told me that the only timeslot I got was at 17:30

It was unique, cosy, quiet. We enjoyed the traditional ryokan experience, having to take off your shoes the moment you enter the lobby. Love the tatami mats all the way. Service was excellent. Even though some of the staff struggled with English, they tried their best to explain things to us. Very helpful. Facilities were also very good. Yes, we enjoyed the food. Interesting array of little dishes. We did not know what to expect when we booked this place, but we were pleasantly surprised and grew to love it.

The facilities were quite new and onsen was good. Too bad the tv was not smart tv and so no YouTube or Netflix. Also need to communicate with the staff in Google translate constantly, which misunderstandings might have happened.
