Hotels itself is very clean. It’s that clean the staff stand by you and wait for you to drop something so they can clean it. Lol. Rooms are very spacious and cleaned everyday if you want it to be. Air con was a life saver. Kettle and tea and coffee in the room and mini fridge. We stayed in room 1026 which had sunlight on the balcony all evening!! Lush!!! Food was amazing. Breakfast was the same everyday but still plenty to chose from wether it’s fresh made omelette, scrambled egg, pancakes, waffles ect!! Evening food was a good mix. Themed nights were amazing. Italian was my fave and I loved the starter guy!! Always made the cutest little starters!! We did the A’la carte and went with Chillin n Grillin. Was beautiful and the service was amazing!!! Pools were amazing. Loved the activity pool. The kids played bing bong bingo everyday and we won no end of floaties. Only downside was the sundbeds. They are packed in like sardines and the ones poolside leave barley any room to actually get to the pool so did find myself having to tread over people and there belongings to get to the water. If you want to be in the sun then get up at sunrise as the towels are out at the crack of dawn and then your stuck in the shade all day!! The sunbeds around the slides look are so close to the pool edge it was actually dangerous. Evening entertainment, we did a bit of everything. Loved the amphitheatre as it wasn’t to childish. Activity bar entertainment was amazing!! We won a Russel the Brussel t.shirt on our first night. We spent an evening at the chill out bar for a quieter night and a stroll along the beach to stargaze. Kids loved!! The village is nice but I found some of the men in the shops very intimidating. One man wouldn’t let me say no and threw a handbag at me on our last night after ranting in Turkish, I wouldn’t of minded but I already bought 2 handbags off him!! We had dinner in jokers one night and we loved it. Had the chataeuxbriand which was cooked to perfection!! Kids were treated to free ice creams. Amazing atmosphere and the staff were lovely. Harry’s was great for bits and bobs and we bought our floaties from there and Harry delivered them to the hotel. Amazing service so we went back and brought a handful of stuff!! Basket travel. We did the 12 islands boat trip around Gocek islands. It was amazing Deniz was our guide and he was a font of knowledge and entertained us all day. The food on the trip was stunning. Loved every second of it and highly recommend. Overall we had a fantastic trip and loved the resort. Would I come back? Probably not. The sunbeds were an issue for me. I didn’t like the layout or that the hotel staff do not remove towels from beds reserved as they state they do on the app!! Öncelikle Holiday Village ailesine tatilin başından sonuna kadar bu kadar ilgili ve alakalı davranmalarından ötürü çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Eşimle birlikte 10 eylül başlangıç tarihli tatilimizin başlangıç gecesinde her ne kadar yağmur yağmış olsa da ki bu da ayrı bir deneyimdi geri kalan günlerde hava ve ortam mükemmeldi. Odalar Oda temizlikleri harika, her gün odanız düzenli ve güzel bir şekilde temizleniyor. Yan oda gürültüleri gelmiyor ***et güzel. Oda balkonları gece oturup kafa dinleyeceğiniz şekilde sakin ve sessiz yataklar rahat, küvet ***et kullanışlı Yemekler kahvaltı tipi her sabah aynı sabit bir kahvaltı var ama doyurucu bir kahvaltı sizi bekliyor akşam yemeğinde ise sizi birbirinden güzel farklı yemekler bekliyor havuz geniş bir havuzu var şezlong derdi yok havuz başında birinci sıra ve ikinci sıra şezlonglar var, hemen havuz dibinde ilks ırada şezlong bulmak biraz zor olsa da ikinci sıra şezloglarda çok rahat yer buluyorsunuz sanırım diğer misafiler geceden şezlonglara havlu bırakıyor :) personel inanılmaz güleryüzlü herkes birbirine selamveriyor yüzde 99 yabancı turist var konspet tamamen onlar üzerine kurulu akşam eglenceleri havuz partılerı ama bizim ıcın sıkıntı olan bır durum olmadı turıstler bıle o kadar naıf o kadar kıbarlar kı hıc bır sekılde rahatsızlık duymuyorsunuz bız bır aksam alacarte restorantı denedık ucretsız gıdebılıyorsunuz uc türü var meksıka, italya ve barbeku turk sekılde biz itlaya sectık yemekler harıkaydı deniz biraz uzak ama caretta alanı olduğundan sanırım denize herhangi bir sncak bar komunlandırlamamış kısacası biz her şekliyle memnun ayrıldık buraya gelecek kişilere de şu şekilde tavsiye verelim eğer aktivite ve eglencelerin ingilzice olmasından sıkılmam diyorsanız kesinlike size tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel her şey için teşekkürler holiday village ailesi

We stayed at the holiday village from 4th-11th September 2023. Having travelled all over the world but never Turkey this was one of those last minute choices - but what a choice it was. From arrival at the hotel to check in, immediately, any thought or horror story you read about Turkey holidays went out the window. Reception Staff and welcoming porters, friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Directed to our room, the short journey from reception tells you of the quality you are to receive ... the village grounds are immaculate. Arrival at the room, perfect! Just as described, clean, full of information, and a personal touch left from the maid Meryem, welcoming us for the week. Incidentally she was our maid for the week, and visited daily to clean the room and change the linen, top us up with bottled water - a great service. As mentioned, the grounds are spotless, the pools pristine, water slides are awesome fun, and the activities available are pretty endless, both day and night - worth noting though, the areas around the pool sides are extremely slippy when wet. Entertainment staff work tirelessly, day and night, and there is always something to do, take part in for everyone from the smallest to the adults. The true highlight of the stay however, much against some of the reviews you read was the food. You read many bad reviews about food at hotels in Turkey, but honestly, to fault the food here, you have issues. Having travelled all over the world, the quality, variety and sheer volume of food on offer here is astounding. Breakfast dinner and evening meal, freshly cooked food, in such variety and volume it was impossible to try it all. Themed nights in the restaurant, Turkish night - wonderful, Asian Night - Superb, but even on these nights there was plenty to please those who had no interest in eating something new. The restaurant has so many staff working at once, it is astounding. These work so hard from the start to end of each service serving, cleaning and continually chasing the needs of the guests. If something is dropped on the floor, it is seconds before someone appears and cleans - most impressive. The lunch restaurant / snack bar situated between the pools equally as impressive - vast choice for all, and everything the same high standards. Bars are situated in various locations, so wherever you are on the complex, there is always one nearby and again the staff are first class, efficient and this keeps the queues to a minimum. The night time bar waiters in the Activity bar, what a superb bunch of gents too. Couldn't do enough for you and they ensure your glass never sits empty for many minutes. For this service we tipped them well, and as the week progressed, the service just got better ;) All in all, an absolutely faultless venue, and a place we will happily return to many times in the future. Our children adored it just as we did. In all honestly, those who leave poor reviews here, clearly would be better suite

Excellent. Fantastic venue, pools were fabulous. The food was exceptional and and the cleanliness. Big love ❤️ to Esra in the dining room and Ceren at the pool bar. Entertainment spot on. !! all in all the best time

Bathrooms are dated and need a refurb. Food is almost the same everyday. Most dishes are not seasoned! Pools are not heated so very cold in October! A la carte restaurants are poor quality food and service. Cleaners don't mop the floor so you get brown bits on the floor from the dust. Staff are friendly. Do your shopping in Sarigerme and not any other towns such as in Resort, Ortega or Dalaman

We really enjoyed our vacation. It is totally kid friendly. The people working there were very respectful and polite and helpful. The hotel was full yet all the facilities were very clean. Food was great, authentic dishes every single time. The beach feels like you are in a tropical island. Overall, my whole family enjoyed the hotel and would love to come back again

I truly recommend for family with kids. The swimming Pool, Night Attractions, Beach, Food were just perfect. Actually you do not need to leave the hotel. They provide everything. There is a small village 5 minutes away by taxi where you can shop much cheaper than those at the hotel. If you wish to buy a float for your kids, I recommend Migors Jet Supermarket located at this small village near the hotel. 10 x cheaper
