Zamek Łeba Resort & Spa

The grounds and scenery are beautiful and the spa fantastic. However, don’t expect service levels to meet expected standards. The best part of the restaurant looking out onto the beach was closed for an evening and morning without any prior warning and our pre-agreed late check out vanished mysteriously from our booking. We were 30 minutes late for our first dinner so our table was given away when a call to the room could have sorted it. If it wasn’t part of our honeymoon it could be amusing, unfortunately it was just upsetting given the circumstances.

My experiences at Zamek Leba, both as a hotel guest and a restaurant visitor, have been consistently impressive. The castle offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making each stay and visit memorable. Particularly, our Christmas stay was nothing short of magical, filled with enchanting moments and excellent service. Hotel Experience Staying at Zamek Leba is an experience in itself. The castle's grandeur is matched by the comfort and luxury of its accommodations. Our room was not just a place to sleep, but a retreat into a world of relaxation and history. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing massage services offered. The therapists were skilled and professional, ensuring a rejuvenating experience. The castle's ambience during Christmas added an extra layer of enchantment, with festive decorations and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I still feel that paying for a baby cot is a bit 'cheap' to ask. I stayed in many 5 star hotels over last couple of years, and did not have to pay for the cot anywhere else. On the note of children, they do have a little playground in the garden, as well as a little play corner in the restaurant. Also, would like to say that since our last stay the customer service has greatly improved, staff was helpful, kind and attentive. Restaurant Experience The restaurant at Zamek Leba is a culinary adventure. The chef's experimental approach to cuisine is commendable, bringing new and interesting flavours to traditional dishes. Each meal we had was top-notch, crafted with attention to detail and a flair for innovation. The Christmas menu was especially delightful, featuring seasonal ingredients and creative twists. The service was impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. I loved the Zamek Leba pilsner, top notch!

I have been coming to Castle Leba know as Neptun all my life, however it has been a first time I have stayed there for a few days. The castle is absolutely stunning with gorgeous selection of rooms, spectacular swimming pool, wonderful spa (IR and steam room). The location of the castle is magical and I would say a real international gem. The views are second to none, I loved the direct view of the sea, beautiful Sandy beach and the forest. Such a unique combination! Breakfast was also were five star with delicious vast selection of Polish and continental delicacies. We hosted our child christening there. The events and restaurant team were very professional, friendly and helpful. A few things surely need improvement. Firstly was shocked and disappointed that they charge 70pln for a baby cot for a night! They say baby stays for free but if he sleeps with you in bed! That’s as far as I know possibly dangerous advice and they should up their game and offer a cot for free. Also the tea and coffee selection in the room was very poor, also not offering a biscuit etc. Usually in a five star hotels basic hospitality is a must. Also a bin was missing in the room which was slightly annoying. All in all highly recommended.
