Park Safari Resort

Our visit to this resort with family of 11 was worth a trip. Hotel itself is in a very good location depending on the roof facing sea view and the swimming pool. Was told if you are lucky sometimes you may see the rhino. Hotel itself need a detail cleaning as the railing and the glasses are very dirty and dusty. I found the staffs very polite and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included in the package but the breakfast lacks some items and looks like mainly focus on Indian customers we as we live in Europe expect bit more items on the breakfast. Same for lunch and dinner but on second day they adjusted towards our taste bud. Rooms are nice and big but again detail cleaning must be done as there were lots of dust everywhere. From the second floor balcony you can see dust covered both sides on the wood and on the railing itself. Focus on cleaning to please other guest please. Will definitely visit again if we go to Saurah again. According to the European culture we tipped them good and hope they are happy.

Park Safari is one of the best resort to be with family and friends. The experience was so good do be in well equipped facilities, pool and good food. The view from the room of jungle and river is amazing and in addition if you observe the sunset, it mesmerising. Everyone should visit and stay in Park safari resort.

Worst Hospitality, worst safety precautions. Bad Experience 1 : we forgot our few item in our room, after checkout, on next day after 12 followup call they found our items, but they were not ready to courier (at our cost), and arrogantly said either we should pick it personally or we have to arrange courier to pickup. Bad experience 2 While Jungle park safari, they don't follow safety Measures and our senior person fall down from boat and got injured. This is just due to their Nepali co- passengers randomly jumped out of boats as per instruction of hotel guide Mr. Resham. Many more such incidents, which not possible to write here. Final summaryI don't recommend this hotel even if they offer free stay.

1 star for me..we were there with family and friends with kids aged 4 .. they gave us one room which faced to that big bee hive. When we asked to provide another room they insisted us to be in that room and not to open the window… 😡😡 Such a big disappointment…

Great location, lots of wildlife seen from hotel, staff excellent and very attentive. Some rooms better than others. Great view from national park facing rooms. Great choice of food, for evenings menu, breakfast a little repetitive but can order a la carte included in price. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again

For a good time with friends or family. Best for business meetups. Stayed in this hotel for some time while I was in Chitwan in the month of July for business purposes. I had a good time at this hotel. Chilling at riverside in the evening, with some refreshing drink is the best thing to do around here in my opinion.

The hotel is located at a very strategic location. There is the jungle behind the hotel and is separated by a river. The location was lovely. One could spot rhino, deer and elephant from the room itself. The staff was very good and polite. They took very good care of the guests. A must visit place

Not a large property and location not away from the congested main street but the location of riverside rooms gives a picturesque view of river, hotel’s garden and swimming pool. Hotel reception staff for not known reason avoided alloting this rooms. The other view rooms are not preferrable if you need to enjoy free time. Hotel wifi is worst. The other hotel staff is generous and always ready to help. The head chef (Mr shankar) is ready to cook as you demand particularly Some indian and also JAIN dishes.

Booked a riverside room for 4 nights. Room was not available at arrival. We got another room facing the parkinglot for a night, we could switch the next day to the other side for the remainder of our stay. Dirty sheets and smelly pillows (see picture) did not make our night pleasent. No restaurant the second day because they used the restaurant for a congress. Congress members were harassing my wife at the swimming pool, constantly taking pictures of her. When i spoke to the management he said that they had noticed. And.. they did nothing.... In the garden construction work was performed with heavy machinery making loud noise. I went inside to ask the management how long it would take, but they could not say if it was hours or days. We have changed to another very nice hotel and now enjoying our stay.
