Ankur Resort

The property is quite old but maintained. The location is nice. They have a decent pool with a good lawn to spend time outdoors. Food and service is good. Staff is cooperative. We went in a group of around 45 people and everyone was happy with the overall experience.

Resort close to the entrance of the Park which was very good for our early start. We had 3 bedrooms and none of them had hot water, even after ***y requests we never ended up with any! Food was average and no choice available. We wouldn't stay there again.

Staff un helpful and over charged for a safari. Rooms are very very basic with no kettle or bottled water. The shower head is so rusty and dirty I wouldn’t wash under it. Food is basic and salty. Breakfast they had nothing but toast Omelette or an India type bread. Not offered water . The grounds however are kept well.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Drunk creepy owner. Me and my friend stayed here for one night and we had the worst experience ever!! We were sat in the garden reading our books and from the pool this old *** was staring at us constantly, we are used to getting looks from people as we are young white girls with blonde hair so we expect it however this was different and intense. It made us feel uncomfortable. Later he came over and introduced himself as the OWNER of the resort he offered us complementary beers to which we politely declined however he insisted we drank with him and joined him in the pool (ew!) This went on for 15 minutes. Later in the evening my friend was sat smoking outside our room and he came over to her still insisting that she have a drink with him and join her in the pool. She then thought he had left and stood up to see him peering into our window!!! He was clearly very drunk as she said “what are you doing?” to which she got no reply. WE HAVE NEVER FELT SO UNSAFE! Do not stay here avoid at all costs!

Comfortable, very worth it for the money, helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to my *** Vijay who booked my afternoon safari where we saw some tigers up close! There's a restaurant too which is worth checking out.

Das erste Zimmer war kalt und feucht, wir konnten es wechseln, es war etwas besser, die Dusche hatte aber kein warmes Wasser, auch nicht zu den Zeiten die an der Rezeption angeschlagen standen, keinen Fön, kein Safe, kein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, Bettzeug sah benutzt aus. Die Anlage war schön. Das war aber auch alles. Abendessen waren wir im Raj Palace Resort nebenan, was einen weitaus besseren Eindruck machte.
