The idyllic location is only 2-3 minutes drive from Schönwalde am Bungsberg and about 20 minutes from the Baltic Sea beaches. The former farm belongs to the municipality of Schönwalde am Bungsberg with 2500 inhabitants and is located in the heart of the Holstein Switzerland. It is characterized by its rural location and by its proximity to the Baltic Sea (about 15 km). Many stores for daily needs are available directly in Schönwalde. The location allows shopping by bike, alternatively you can reach the town center in only 3-5 minutes by car. Baker, butcher, supermarket, doctors and also two banks are available here. The district capital Eutin is about 16 kilometers away and offers all further stores and a popular weekly market with regional products, the same applies to Neustadt i.H.
