Situated between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, this charming retreat is steps from private deeded beach access and offers sweeping Gulf views, luxury amenities, and unparalleled proximity to the best of South Walton. The fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu ensure comfort and entertainment for all. After a day of exploring, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on one of the cottage’s private porches. From the front door of our house to the beach is less than 1000 feet and should take the average walker about 5 minutes.

Primary Guest Bedroom: Second Primary Suite (Community side) – 1 King bed – Ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower and toilet. Full-sized crib.

5th Bedroom: 1 Bunk Bed - Twin over Full
All bedrooms have dressers, closets, TVs, and easily accessible bedside plugs with USB ports for charging.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
First Floor: Features two oversized king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite includes luxury bedding, a jetted tub, and a private porch with cushioned rockers. The second king bedroom is styled with coastal charm and includes a crib for little ones. A storage closet is stocked with beach essentials, including a wagon, chairs, toys, and towels.
Main (2nd) Floor: The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an under-counter ice maker. The dining area seats ten. French doors lead to a 20-foot covered porch with Gulf views. This floor also includes a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom.
Third Floor: A king suite with a private balcony offers breathtaking Gulf views, while a cozy bunk room provides space for kids with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a high-quality air mattress.
Parking:
All vehicles must be parked in one of two designated parking areas. Guests may park up to 2 vehicles in the home’s driveway. Guests may park a third vehicle in the guest community parking area (across from the driveway), but only with a valid parking pass. There is a $100 fine, which will be passed on to the guest responsible for attempting to park more than one vehicle in this area. Note that parking is limited, and parking spots are first come, first served. Paid parking is available at various local businesses in the surrounding area. No street parking is permitted. Parking vehicles in any other location in the community will likely result in the vehicle being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
About the Community/Property:
Conveniently located near new attractions such as the 48,000-square-foot Publix Grocery Store and the Watersound Farmers Market, the Cottages at Camp Creek ensure guests have everything they need within a short drive. Dining favorites like Ambrosia Prime Seafood and Steaks, 30A Burger Bar, and Shades are just minutes away. Scenic walking and biking paths along 30A lead to shopping and dining in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and beyond. Guests also enjoy access to a spacious 75-foot-long community pool, a hot tub, and a palm-tree-lined path to the beach.
Private Beach Access Instructions:
The beach is a very short walk (about 5 minutes) from the Cottages at Camp Creek. From the front entrance, turn left onto 30A and follow the path. The gate to the beach is located between 2 homes on the 8800 block.
This is a privately owned beach, and we are guests of the waterfront homeowners. Please respect their property by honoring the following rules:
1. Place your chairs close to the waterline;
2. Keep the stairs and walkway clear of all items (bikes, strollers, shoes, etc.);
3. Do not park in front of the nearby homes;
4. Remove all trash and belongings at the end of your visit.
Beach Chair Rentals:
Dillon’s Beach Service is the only vendor permitted to place chairs and umbrellas on this beach. You may reserve by phone or via their website. They also offer paddleboards, kayaks, cabanas, and bonfire services at nearby public beach accesses. Delivery, setup, and credit card payment are available.
Beach Rules and Safety:
No smoking, tents, or pets are permitted on the dry sand portion of the beach
No lifeguards are on duty at this access

Please note that staying at this home requires stairs (it is not handicapped-accessible).
In addition to the full-sized crib, the owners provide a baby gate, Pack N Play/travel crib, and a child’s highchair for families with little ones. An air mattress can be made available.
Beach towels in the first-floor cubbies in the entry area are available for guests’ convenience. If using the beach towels, guests must wash and dry them and return them to the cubbies prior to departure.
Garbage pickup takes place at 6am on Wednesday and Saturdays. Accordingly, garbage must be bagged and put in the 4 bins next to the driveway on Tuesday and Friday evenings. The community charges fees for excess garbage placed outside of the cans, so ensure all garbage is in bags inside the cans with closed lids to avoid these fees. Thank you in advance for being thoughtful by ensuring the next guests (and current neighbors) won’t be greeted with full trash cans.
When cooking, do not drain grease into the sink or garbage. Allow grease to cool and harden before placing grease in the garbage. Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. If you use the grill, turn it off immediately and close the valve on the propane tank. There are often detergent pods and dryer sheets in the laundry area for your use during your stay. Please use only what you need. Dishwasher tablets are available under the sink for your use during your stay. Again, please use only what you need. Do not place pots and pans in the dishwasher.
If you call Dillon’s for beach service, make sure to give the home’s address and ask them to set up the chairs at the private access between Walton Gulf View Drive and A Street (next to the big white house).
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
