Lovely home, and great location! Had tons of beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas) and beach toys, which was super helpful! Loved the golf cart! The home had cute beach decor and was very clean and cozy. Owner was very responsive when I needed to ask a question. We had the best time, and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for families We have stayed here several times now! We love everything about the Blue Pearl- it’s close to the beach and the fun of Seaside but tucked away from any busy streets. It’s nice to stay in a quiet, relaxing cottage that is dreamy even on rainy days!

AMAZING!! This house has it all! Very well stocked and very clean! In a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Such a plus that it comes with a golf cart and bikes! One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay in Seagrove First time staying in Seagrove on 30A - we usually stay near Blue Mountain beach. The whole family enjoyed this trip, and the home helped make that happen. House is clean and feels fresh. Appliances are new and the space is good for a family of 5 or 6.Front and backyard had grass and gave a home-y feel. We saw deer down the street, used the YOLO bikes for a 15 mile bike ride (Rosemary beach RT), took the golf cart to explore Seaside and spent time at the beach down the street. We even rented a pontoon boat in PCB for the day (45 min away) and did some fishing. There are many shopping/eating areas accessible from this home, including a Publix under 2 miles away. All in all, a relaxing getaway with enough space for our family, that felt new and clean. Only thing I would have liked to see in the home would be ceiling fans in the bedroom for comfort. Great trip and a great home!

Quiet cottage This has quickly become our favorite family getaway! The location is perfect if you want to be close to Seaside and beach access but have a peaceful environment. The house has everything you need, but doesn't feel overdone or cluttered as some beach houses tend to be. The addition of the golf cart was so appreciated!!
