Book now to experience the best of city living. This spacious studio has a queen bed sleeping up to 2 guests, a private bathroom with shower, and a sofa for seating. With tall ceiling and big windows, the studio is bright, cozy and spacious and lives like a suite. Our guests rave about: - Home is equipped with high-end West Elm furniture - The bed is outfitted with high-quality mattress, linens and a comfortable duvet - Kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hot plate, dishwasher, cookware, utensils for dinner, basic condiments - Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods & tea bags - Stainless steel top bar table can be easily converted to a dinning table - Please note that the studio does not have an AC, but it stays cool during hot summer. Centrally located: • 4-5 mins walk to Fremont Canal Park • 4-5 mins drive to Fremont Troll, Fremont Brewing, Theo Chocolate • 7 - 10 mins drive to Gas Works Park, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & ​Meta Westlake & Dexter • 10-15 mins drive to Space Needle, Amazon Spheres, Pike Place Market, Downtown, and Climate Pledge Arena where you can catch a concert, ice hockey or a basketball game **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Kindly note that there is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street. This may cause some disturbance during your stay. • This home joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way. • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation. - Strictly NO parties and events, $500 fine per violation - Quiet hours between 10pm-8amno - Smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, - No digital piracy - No shoes in the home.
