Our home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that shares a point at the south end of Lake Keowee with a panoramic view of Lake Keowee. Our home is just 11 miles from Clemson and is minutes by boat to South Cove boat ramp and Keowee Marina. Also, we are close to town for shopping, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and the hospital. Our home is family friendly sleeping up to 15 people. We feature very deep water with a very large covered dock that easily holds three boats. Each bedroom has amazing views of Lake Keowee. Four bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms includes a bunk room for kids. The home is located on a gentle sloping lot. Two Master King bedrooms on the main floor with attached bathrooms. These rooms also have an additional single bed in each room. Downstairs has two additional bedrooms with attached two full bathrooms. One room has two single beds and the 4th bedroom has two bunk-beds with double beds below and single beds above. We also have another sleeper sofa and also a set of bunk-beds built into the wall in the main area downstairs. Please check out our flat rate prices for certain weekends and summer weeks.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Dogs only. Great family time! The house was very clean, recent upgrades to countertops, fire pit, floors and dock. Great views of lake, marina very close and convenient to grocery stores and gas. We plan to return next year!

Fantastic view, quiet, comfortable Very relaxing time with a great view of the lake. The living areas are large with very comfortable seating. Two large decks for outside activity. The beds are the greatest. The bedrooms are totally separated for lots of privacy. Couldn't have had a better stay. And our football teams won all their games! We celebrated Thanksgiving there.

Perfect lake home for a celebration My out of town family and I stayed at this property the weekend of my daughter’s high school graduation. It was the perfect place for us to be together and to celebrate her special day with friends. The views are beautiful and the location is convenient to access stores and restaurants. I wish we had booked a longer stay, and we would definitely stay here again in the future if we need a gathering place!

Clemson Graduation Very nice home. Great location, we rented a boat and it is just a short drive then a short distance from South Cove Park where we launched from. House was as advertised and had all the amenities we needed to celebrate our Clemson graduate with family and some of his friends. A plus was what I call the zero entry into the house and the two bedrooms on the main level since we had grandparents so no stairs and the slope to walk down to the dock was not too bad for them to navigate.

Beyond Expectations! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures on-line. No disappointment with the house whatsoever. House is in a beautiful area and although you feel like you are away from all the hustle and bustle, everything and anything you need is just a few short minutes away...

What a location We had some friends come for Clemson Family weekend and the house worked really well for us. It was clean and well-equipped. Ed was helpful and everyone enjoyed the water, the view and the game.
