Awesome place to stay

I’ve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didn’t understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and it’s a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.

Horrible and unclean rooms with poor service. The bathroom had mould and pieces of the bathroom door were falling off. The man at the reception desk wasn’t at all friendly or welcoming. The hotel appears to have been neglected and hasn’t been maintained. The photos on the website are deceiving.

Bad customer service. Bad house keeping. Bad cleanliness .. room carpet very dirty & sticky not even dare to step on it without shoe..also no provide room slipper. Car park not bright at all (outdoor) .. didn’t saw any security on duty(entrance & exit not security also). Never ever tries any 4 star rating hotel like this. Unbelievable!!

Nice location, quietly from town. Big rooms. Early check-in no charges.

The single bed is good can accomodate 2 person , aircond not cold even adjusted, carpet so look old and seem dusty, smelly pillows and need to buy febrezze to spray.

I used to be able to rate this hotel as a four-star establishment, but unfortunately, the quality has since declined. 1.The first impression upon entering was not one that was terribly dull. 2. Due to a lack of adequate cleaning, everything is unclean. 3. There has not been sufficient maintenance performed, as evidenced by the fact that numerous problems exist in all areas. 4.The room has been renovated, but the door to the toilet has not been updated; it is still old and stuck, and it cannot be opened.Room 803. 5.The general manager, together with their HOD, the maintenance crew, and the cleaning team need to stroll through each part of the hotel so that they may correct it. 6. The algae-covered end of the swimming pool is a hazardous and slippery region for both children and adults.There is absolutely no sense of safety.If any of the children trip and are hurt as a result of the hotel's lack of proper housekeeping, we reserve the right to file a lawsuit against the establishment. 7.The general manager needs to take the appropriate steps to improve the safety and cleanliness of the facility in order for a lot of things to be improved. 8.Staff entry bin central area please close.Unhygiene. 9. Could you please paint the whole building?

What a big disappointment with the hotel service, I’ve booked 5 nights stays between 12-17 April for my visit back to Malaysia to be close to my parents home in Seremban, at the same time I contacted the hotel via *********** to request for quotation for a private party at their hotel, no reply. Chased again no reply, after a week of no reply in ***********, I then contacted them directly from the hotel webpage. Still no response and only got back to me after I considering complain so all in took them 3 weeks to response on a customer. Not even an apologise. Just totally ignore the part where they didn’t response to me for 3 weeks. And then another week for the relevant team to finally provide me with a quotation. By that time I have decided to cancel my booking for the poor customer service and booked with their competitor Royale Chulan who by the way responded to me immediately after I requested for a quotation. Just goes to show how some company’s value their clients. So glad I cancelled by stay with Alson Klana. Just bad customer service!
