Rodeway Inn Sergeant Bluff - Sioux City

Really comfortable stay.

The one bulb worked...the toilet wouldnt flush...its ok, they had plunger inside bathroom, drains on sink and dhower sslow as molasses

Filthy, bugs, smelly, not worth even 10.00 a night. Very noisy as on the highway and felt extremely unsafe. Checked and saw our room, then quickly check out. There was no way we were staying there.

Asked me to pay 20 extra for early check in Bathroom and shower was child size don’t know why it don’t make sense

I have stayed at some very nice Rodeway Inns but this one was not among them. When I turned the heat on it smelled like an electrical fire. It was late so I didn't go ask for another room. I the only good part about it is it was easy access to the Interstate. I would never stay here again

The room smelled clean but the bed wasnt made, the heater vent flow was broken, we had a bedspread no blankets or top sheet. The toilet ran and we had to take the lid off to fix it. Would not recommend.

I will never stay at this dump ever again. I asked for a ground floor room when i made the reservation and upon arrival but still got placed on second floor. The microwave was missing a knob on the timer, the bathroom door knob didn't work and was loose, bathroom and vanity area was disgusting. Should have took pictures.

My wife and I stayed here for the start of RAGBRAI 2023. The place is a dump and should be avoided. The rooms are dirty and fly infested (we had to buy fly strips and killing flies became our evening entertainment). We were greeted and let into our room by a gentleman who was barefoot, claimed to not speak English, and sprayed the room with Febreze as he opened the door for us! There were crew workers staying at the hotel and their loud boisterous outdoor cooking and partying until 3:30am was inescapable given that they did this in the parking area outside our room. We met another couple who also shared their for RAGBRAI who said that the door lock didn’t work and had to be replaced when they checked in! At checkout, there was an issue with charges posted to our credit card account and we heard at least two other customers checking out with the same complaint. Unless this is “the standard” of Rodeway Inns, the chain/reservation system should demand their name be removed. We would never stay here again and would be highly suspicious of any Rodeway Inn in the future. We also noticed that the person who is writing the positive reviews is the same person who checked us out of the room based upon what’s printed on our receipt!

I didnt like the fact that it advertised a Continental Breakfast, there wasn't so much as a cup of coffee to be found. Nada, zip, zilch for any kind of items.
