My first stay here last month was amazing, we returned today to a nightmare. The front desk was closed with a number to call if problems and an address to go to a neighbour hotel to check in. The neighbour hotel was not named. I tried to find on google maps and it wouldn’t show. After nearly an hour I returned to hotel and saw map on outer door to second location. I took map and tried to follow, asking people on street for assistance. Each person sent me in a different location. None of the hotels I went into were correct. Finally I added an eSIM and Waze app and it took me to correct location when a staff member chastised me for opening a sliding door that was broken unfortunately note on door was in Spanish which I don’t read. Finally I was checked in. I sent 3 emails and called them more than a dozen times during this time and zero response. When I said that at check in the poor reception person said she was only one on and too busy to answer. Needless to say, we wasted our entire day that was supposed to be for booked tours etc as we needed to park the car at hotel. I cannot say anything positive at all, and challenge the manager to do a better job for guests then leaving front desk empty with no staff. I will not return.

It was a fantastic apartment, very clean, friendly staff! Nice shower :-) Nice beds! Super locatie! The only thing I missed was some hooks on the doors to hang coats/towels, for example. If I go to Seville again, I will definitely come back here! I recommend it to everyone.

The location is awesome. Reception staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking in the building is $20/day, which is convenient. You won't likely be driving anywhere around the surrounding area. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Basic amenities are available and much appreciated. Description of the listing is accurate. The bathroom door handle was broken; not a big deal but hope it gets fixed soon!

The location, service, appartments , terrace with pool, everything is just perfect! I would recommand this place! We spent a long weekend with 12 persons in 3 appartements. Tempa Museo is right in the centre, but quiet in te night!

Great location, lovely staff, the apartment was very quiet, clean, well-sized and furnished in a modern way. Very good beds and pillows too. It had all the details and amenities you might need for a short stay. We were lucky that our unit was ready ahead of time, so the kind staff allowed us quite an early check-in. The hotel is just down the street from Setas de Sevilla, across the street from the Museum of Fine Arts, 10 minutes walking from the central shopping/restaurant district and 15-20 minutes away from the Triana district. We loved our stay, compliments and big thanks to all the staff!

A group of 4 of us stayed here following a very difficult period working as key workers through a covid. We were looking forward to relaxing and just unwinding and honestly from start to finish it was a nightmare. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed (Spain had been experiencing heatwave temperatures up to 40 degrees bare in mind), apparently a stag party had pulled up tiles, it was in the process of being fixed and would be sorted within a few hours. We had a night flight and we’re all quite tired so we’re happy to sit on the sun loungers and wait - we did wait, all day. The pool didn’t get fixed. We ventured out and returned that evening and thought we would check the pool, the pool was then filled with water, white cloudy/dirty water. I had gone to use the toilet while we were up on the roof and also had noticed that the toilet was filled up with the same white cloudy water. I contacted the out of hours number to let them know (as we knew it was going to be so hot the next day). They assured us it would be fixed the next morning however if we wanted to we could travel to their sister hotel and use their pool. One of our party had mobility issues so travelling back and fourth to another property was just not an option, on top of the fact that the other hotel didn’t even have sun loungers, it had deck chairs. We hadn’t paid to sit on a deck chair and walk back and fourth to our apartment all day. So we were hopeful that the pool would be fixed. The next morning the pool had been emptied and was re filling - after lunch we could use the pool. We were sat in the pool with another group who were on holiday when dirty liquid started pumping into the pool. We all got out immediately and contacted reception. I was concerned that this was connected to the toilet and this was filtering into the pool. They sent the maintenance man up to sort the issue - he started to use a net to clear the pool. The maintenance man did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with him, he did however use a translator online to tell us the pool would take a few hours to clean and then he walked off without putting any signs up etc, we were a worried that others would sue the pool and get sick. A man and a young child came up to the terrace to get into the pool, they did not speak English so we couldn’t explain to them what had happened. We went to reception and we explained to the receptionist what had happened, our main concern being that the water had not been tested nor cleaned. This seemed like a general health and safety concern and honestly the staff at seemed to want to cover it up at all costs. She tried to tell us that the dirty liquid that went into the pool would have been chlorine. This was definitely not the case. We could not smell chlorine what so ever, the water was dirty. There was a lot of back and fourth, the receptionist (who I actually think is the manager ) was quite rude, speaking in Spanish (not her first language) aroun

Communication with provider was spotless. Flexibility with check in. Easy to find. Very helpful front desk. Great location, close to all shops, restaurants and attractions. Apartment has all we needed. Definitely will recommend and come back.

Dit was echt een heerlijk appartementencomplex. Appartementen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim, netjes, goede airco, prima zwembad om af te koelen en sfeervol ingericht. Ons appartement had ook nog een balkonnetje met plaatsje boven. Daar vast het vaak te warm, maar beter te warm dan te koud. Complex ligt op goede loopafstand van het centrum. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Goede bedden, nespresso apparaat met cupjes, vaatwastabletten en wasmiddel net als vaatdoek en afwasmiddel in afgepaste hoeveelheid aanwezig. Waar nodig werd dit aangevuld door de schoonmaak. Strijkijzer en plan ook aanwezig, dit is erg fijn. Service van de receptie is echt perfect en ontzettend behulpzaam! Gebruik van de garages voor de huurauto is ideaal. Vanaf de locatie Tempa Museo in het centrum zit je ook heel snel op de ringweg voor aansluiting naar alle richtingen voor bezoek aan Jerez, Cadiz, Huelva, Cordoba. Het zwembad en de ligbedden op het dak zijn heerlijk!!! Het enige kleine minpuntje wat ik zou kunnen noemen is dat er af en toe een putlucht in de badkamer hangt. Maar gezien de plek zou dat zeker kunnen liggen aan een wat verouderd riool. Ik zou Tempa Museo zeker aanraden!
