Limehome Sevilla

Lovely apartment about 25mins stroll into the centre of Seville. There is a tram close by that will take you into the centre but we did not use this. The rooftop pool is a great option to have and we made the most of it. Like another reviewer has said, supermarket next door with everything that you could possibly need. There are a number of bars and restaurants all within working distance too. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Showers are powerful and nice. As another review has stated, it can feel a little cold without staff on hand to help. We encountered an issue accessing our apartment as the codes provided did not work. However, we called the number and this was resolved in a matter of minutes with the lady staying on the phone until we were in the apartment, so very good customer service when required. Would have no doubts about using Limehouse again either in Seville or elsewhere, and would recommend.

Ideal apartment to use as a base when visiting Seville. Roof top pool, supermarket next door and clean/well equipped apartments. You can get the bus into the centre or walk and can go through the fab maria luisa park. The bus into the centre is very regular

This is an automated set up. The company are based overseas and have someone to maintain the property. We had issues flying into Seville due to fog in the uk and as such all of our plans were thrown into delays to timelines etc. The previous property were very understanding and made allowances for that with booking in - use etc. Limehome are very much, from this experience a cold, business. A pleasurable stay is very much second to making money, not a balance as is the norm for hospitality. Booking enquired on my behalf to see about cancelation options ( we had a no refund option - as did not see issues arising). The location took this not as an enquiry and stated we would nt get a refund and looked to a booking in the future. I spent time then back and forth to ensure that the booking would continue and moved all of the other bookings to suit. Unlike other companies the checkin is automated with scans required of a passport, and a selfie photo to be taken to confirm. Not very comfortable about the company holding this for 12 months, as stated on their website - as such if known would not have booked. On arrival - entry etc was fine and as stated the apartment appeared decent. The major issue and it is a Major issue became apparent. The insulation from other apartments is really non existent. A young family and upset child could be heard, as if in the same room - this was the first night. On the second night the telephone conversation that ran on for hours from the other apartment was likewise, very clear. This is an issue and as such, these apartments are not suitable for what they are advertised. I guess they were office spaces and converted without the additional work required. On notifying Limehome of the issues, they were going to take up the matter with the residents to make sure the 10pm to 9am curfew was adhered to !! Not something one wishes to hear also. Booking were more helpful and on sending evidence - video of what we had faced, we were, after lengthy back and forth and difficult negotiation able to cancel the last night. Possibly the worst experience with a hotel/accomodation company ever.

Very clean, safe and reassuring stay.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada con café, cafetera y un kit de bienvenida con taza de viaje, cepillo de dientes y tapones de oído, pero el colchón pedía a gritos un cambio. Estaba deformado y parecía un barco al moverse mi acompañante. El descanso no fue bueno .

Buen apartamento, amplio, cómodo y limpio. Alguna dificultad con las comunicaciones (todo es virtual), pero fueron solventadas por teléfono.

struttura semplice e abbastanza pulita ,silenziosa anche se vicino ospedale ,piccole pecche ma tutto sommato buono.

La falta de asistencia física ante requerimientos de orientación, puesto que está publicitada en Torcuato de tena 4 y está ubicada en otra localización, generando confusión. *Las claves ni se activaron hasta que llamé en varias ocasiones. * Sonó la alarma antiincendios a las 3:15 de la madrugada, sin tener teléfono de contacto directo .con nadie oficial .Tuve que llamar al 112 y se personó al cabo de media hora una persona que no se identificó , había niños , ancianos enfermos fuera en la calle en pijamas y no ha habido una explicación profesional. * Hemos venido a descansar ante del día de un evento familiar y no ha podido ser por un fallo técnico del cual no se nos ha dado información alguna. *Voy a exigir devolución del dinero y si no es así se procederá vía legal aunque sea por la vía contenciosa administrativa.

Moderne und saubere Appartments. Kleiner aber feiner Pool auf dem Dach, Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Supermarkt direkt im Haus (Untergeschoss). Parksituation eher schwierig (an der Straße viele Möglichkeiten, allerdings mit Parkuhr (max. 2 Stunden).
