Stunning view from our room! There’s a tea room to enjoy the view. The toilet seat is heated 😝. Went there on July during their summer. Honestly its the best view i have seen in my life. The canola flowers surrounded the property giving my ‘When life give you Tangerines‘ scene moments. I love ******* people, somehow they give me ‘family’ feeling.

Great hotel with a perfect location near Napahai Lake, just walking distance away. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Although no fan was provided during summer, the cool night air made it bearable. A special highlight was the free traditional cultural costumes for guests. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the start, their hospitality stood out - they arranged a pickup and drop-off service from the train station, making our arrival and departure smooth. Upon arrival, we warmly welcomed with the white scarves, a lovely gesture. The staff also helped carry our luggage to our room. Our room was spacious, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake. We truly enjoyed the superb scenery. The heated floors were a fantastic touch, adding extra comfort to our stay. The hotel also provided snacks, fresh fruits, and ample toiletries, which we appreciated. The next morning, we had the chance to try on traditional ******* costumes, and the staff kindly assisted us in wearing them, making the experience even more special. We were also grateful for the halal breakfast they prepared for us. Additionally, the hotel arranged transportation to and from the Ski Resort, making our trip even more convenient. During checkout, the host surprised us with a thoughtful gift bag, which was a lovely parting gesture. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and answer our questions. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable experience.

We felt at home since being picked up at the train station by the hotel(pre-arranged earlier). The owner welcomed us warmly by greeting us with the white scarves once we arrived at the hotel. The hotel also helped us with the bag to our room located on the 3rd floor. We chose this hotel just to feel the farm stay vibe of China and we are glad we chose it in the first place. The rooms we booked were big and enough to accommodate 4 of us. It has a heated floor and, bathtubs in the room, we find it odd but the children love it, a warm ventilated shower(the temperature of the shower room can be controlled), a smart toilet (the toilet rim is heated and it is so convenient to use, especially in winter). They provided also the room with a tea set, mandarin oranges, sweet snacks, and enough toilet amenities. The hotel also provided Yunnan with traditional dress at the GF to be used by the guests. Halal food for breakfast was good. The hotel also offered us a ride to Dukezong Ancient City twice. The. We came back to the hotel by using didi. Only one thing maybe can be improved the pillow is a bit thin but it is not a big problem for us. Overall we were amazed by the hospitality and the effort put in by the hotel owner and all of its staff. We wish to come back here in another season. Love from Malaysia.

I love this hotel. The owner is very kind and pretty :D We got free upgrade room with fantastic view! Good location to healing near Napahai Lake. The room is very spacious and very clean. Vegetarian breakfast very delicious. Excellent service 5/5 !! - Malaysian traveller.

5 star service. Pick up from train station, help us to book activities, and very helpfull. The room is spacious, complete with heater, toileterries, fruits and drinks, and have a very nice and calm view from the room.
