Very friendly owner and comfortable room, many cute animals and free photo shooting, like it very much

We were really satisfied with the service provided. Excellent customer service and they even took the extra miles to make everyone feel as comfortable as they can. Free pick up service from and to the ShangriLa Train Station. We were also lucky enough to get snow during our stay. Pet animals running around freely makes it even special. We love it. Thanks to every staff member of this hotel. Excellent work. Really recommended place to stay. Thank you.

Traveling with small kids during winter is always a challenge, so I needed to find a convenient and comfortable hotel for my family. We chose Lisiman because of the unique experiences they offer, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Although I was hoping for snow around the hotel, it had already melted, but the chilly weather added to the charm. The amenities were perfect, and the room’s heating system kept us warm and cozy. I especially loved the welcome tea and fruits, as well as the complimentary breakfast, tea time and photoshoot in traditional costumes—they truly made the stay memorable. The free pickup from the ancient town and drop-off at the train station in their exclusive car was a great touch and made traveling so much easier. With this level of hospitality, I didn’t mind paying a little extra. This was an experience I’d love to repeat, and I’ll definitely come back one day!

We truly truly enjoyed our stay here. The view, the animals, the staff, everything was great. We had to get used to the climate but after 1 night, everything is well! We're Muslims and the hotel prepared a vegetarian breakfast for us. The hotel also prepared us tea time, evening special drink sent to our rooms. It was really enjoyable. They were not stingy as well. Sent us to the nearest farm for horseriding experience, gave us goody bag when we checked out. We even had a free photoshoot, complete with traditional costumes! The hotel is about 20mins away from dukezong town, I think it's ok! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

this is a very beautiful n peaceful place to stay in!! we were very worried about being too cold. but the room has superb heating (even in the toilet), a good humidifier and all the necessities! service was great too, complimentary fruits were so delicious. the animals came out to roam in the morning. we got to see a starry night. highly recommended

At first we contemplated to choose to stay here. But after much consideration, we decided to stay and forget about the price. As we decided that the experience here would be priceless! And we definitely grateful with the decision that we made. The whole place is so beautiful and charming. With animals running around, politeness of the staffs assisting our every needs, complimentary services provided by the hotel, this hotel is really cost- effective! We are greeted with warm tea, and then with complimentary afternoon coffee and cakes. Their coffee and cake are very delicious 🤤 We also get to experience wearing the ******* clothing and free photography session. As we are muslims, we need to pray for zuhur prayer. But the check out time is before zuhur time. The staff gave us a room to pray after we check out and we really appreciate their kind gesture. The staff also gave us free rides to halal restaurants and train station. We recommend people to stay here at least once, you will not regret it 🩷

The environment was peaceful, making it easy to unwind. I was particularly impressed by the hotel staff, who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Worth every penny spent , rooms and views are great. They even offer us desserts during night time. It’s a nice place for peace and quiet to pampers yourself in the fantastic views. They have their own small farm with donkey, goats and alpaca. Oh yeah, the Alaska husky will sometimes escort you to your room.

Very good location. Just under 10mins ride from the railway station. Customer service is top notch. Booked one of the cabins which is furthest away. Experienced some water heater issue otherwise all good

The accommodation was easily the best one we've stayed in. The staff's service was impeccable. Not only do they provide breakfast and supper, they also provided laundry and transfer services as well. The room was excellent - spacious yet cozy with a romantic view overlooking the meadows that makes us regret staying for just a single night. In addition, the animals (baby goats, dogs, ducks, reindeers, llama etc.) coupled with the photoshoot package made the experience even more worthwhile.

The hotel is good, clean and peaceful, all the staff is friendly and take of us all the time. The animal is so cute. Must try hotel in Shangri-la
