Sharm Resort Hotel

I had an amazing experience. The staff is outstanding. Everyone from reception, F&B, housekeeping, shop assistants, diving center and safeguard are all stars. Always positive and spend nice words towards guests. They are very guest centered. Sasa at the reception arranged a free late check out at 13:00. Youssef was always attentive in the morning and evening when I was at breakfast and dinner. Alaa was always cleaning my room with extra care. Food was amazing. Especially due to the choices they have. 6 restaurants and the Lebanese is super delicious. Worth the money .

Went on a solo trip to Sharm el-sheikh, stayed in the Sharm Resort for 6 days, had an overall great experience.The weather was just perfect. Hotel’s in a great location, staff was very friendly and attentive, especially the entertainment team, big thanks to Roo for being so attentive and helpful. Staffs warm hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience, making me feel welcomed and well cared for. Whether it was offering recommendations, organizing activities, or just offering a friendly smile, the staff went above and beyond to make my time there unforgettable.

I’ll begin with the few positives of our stay 1. The beach was pleasant with very comfortable sun beds. 2. The pool bar had quick service of drinks - however was very limited options on all inclusive. 3. Room was suitable for our needs - comfortable bed with nice shower and plenty of storage space for clothes. 4. Cleaning service was good, done daily with fresh towels provided daily. 5. Italian restaurant was the best of the ones available but was not saying much, however was the only place during the whole stay that we was not pestered about the new years eve party and was left to enjoy our meal in peace. Now onto the several negatives 1. Service at the C view bar for lunch was nothing short of shocking - waited for as long as up to 50 mins one day for a luke warm hotdog and cold chips, some customers were told to put tops on while others allowed to sit topless. There was no order people who came in way after us were served before, and when asked staff they just said “relax its coming”. We were told to sit to be served, while some people were allowed to just walk up and get what they wanted. 2. After arrival and check in we had to change rooms due to the first room having no working plugs. I found staff very unhelpful and rude during this process, they kept asking us to wait till morning to change rooms which i did not want to do to waste my day time moving rooms. Only done when i asked to speak to a manager and done with attitude from reception staff. 3. The Lebanese restaurant was by far the worst a la carte restaurant i’ve ever visited at any hotel. Rubbish quality, selection on the menu and portion size of food served. This accompanied by staff of the restaurant constantly pestering us and trying to sell us new years eve tickets while we were eating and trying to upsell drinks constantly to pay for when we were all inclusive seemed pushy and over the line and made us feel uncomfortable. 4. The restaurant booking system - you can only book restaurants on the morning you wish to visit between 10:00-12:00 each morning. Had to queue daily to do this up to 25 minutes one day taking like 40 minutes of my day away from beach area to have to queue inside reception area to book an average a la carte restaurant. Has to be a better way of doing this like basically every other hotel does. 5. The constant selling of a new years eve party - it was pestering and quite frankly annoying, must of been 50 times a day throughout hotel on the beach, in the restaurants, quite frankly anywhere they see you. It was $60 for food that was free in the buffet restaurant and some cocktails of which we tried a few on other days and were quite frankly awful and then the performers throughout the night which i’m sure were great but not worth $60 each. 6. The wifi did not work for the duration of the 6 nights of our stay which for a supposedly for 4 star and 5 star hotel complex is embarrassing. Buongiorno,resort pulito personale tutto educato gentile e disponibile in particolare Shawky il ragazzo che sta' al narghilè,Hamed il ragazzo che al pomeriggio sta' al bar vicino alla veranda e Mohammed Khalid che sta' in sala al ristorante la veranda la mascotte del villaggio chiamato da noi scopa e spazza simpaticissimo ....mare spettacolare con la barriera corallina ,cibo buono ma ovviamente diverso dalla nostra cucina italiana ,loro cucinano molto speziato ma comunque hai la possibilità di trovare sempre qualcosa da mangiare.torneremo presto

Ho prenotato questo resort su *********** qualche mese fa. Ho letto la descrizione dei servizi,ho visto le foto e valutato la vicinanza all'aeroporto e a Soho Square. Doveva essere un bel regalo per il mio compagno e nostro figlio di 5 anni ma in realtà dal momento dell'arrivo è stato solo un'incubo. Molte info scritte in Booking non sono vere. Wifi gratuito nelle aree comuni che non funzionava mai(così costretti ad acquistarlo per 20€),camera lontana da reception e ristorante ben 7 minuti a piedi,pulizia non ne parliamo proprio!(Nostro figlio ha avuto una crisi respiratoria dovuta alla tanta polvere nella camera e per andare in ospedale non hanno neanche chiamato un ambulanza ma un auto normale) E per giunta il mio compagno ha dovuto chiamare in reception 3 volte prima che arrivasse la guardia medica del villaggio in camera! I camerieri al ristorante sparecchiano mettendo le dita dentro ai bicchieri! Servizio frigo bar inesistente poiché nel frigo c'erano solo 3 bottigliette d'acqua. Nel mezzo del pomeriggio gli scivoli erano chiusi e la famosa piscina riscaldata che dicono nella descrizione?INESISTENTE! Nostro figlio non è riuscito a fare un bagno! Il mangiare??? Hanno mangiato un pezzo di pane e un dolce per ogni pasto! La colazione? Alle 09:45 era già chiuso,quando la descrizione indica fino le 10! Un po di lingua italiana?ZERO! Molte cose non le ricordo nemmeno più,però ci tengo a precisare che noi andiamo spesso a Sharm e ci siamo trovati benissimo al Pyramisa(dove poi ho fatto trasferire la mia famiglia per godersi la vacanza) e nei due villaggi Amphora(Blu e Beach)! Questo Sharm Resort di bello ha solo il panorama,e la gentilezza di alcuni dei dipendenti. È molto grande e gestito molto male. Abbiamo avuto una parte del rimborso e tramite *********** non riusciamo a fare la recensione,ma poco male poiché l'ho appena fatta qui! SCONSIGLIAMO QUESTO RESORT A CHIUNQUE! SOPRATTUTTO FAMIGLIE CON BAMBINI!
