Hotel Saishree`

I had arrived at 1400 hrs already informed and contacted via telephone .still needs to wait for check in as room are not ready . Ready rooms had empty soap . As I got late and needs to go out ,I just asked the husekeeper for correction . I arrived after making holy worship at room with AC Not working ,No phone to contact reception .I got down he gives me mobile number and told he will come and check . he had visited 3 times but AC problem was not solved .I had contacted Make my trip No help from there . I really feel I had done a blunder booking at Make my trip . I will surely not repeat the same .

I booked 2 deluxe room but hotel manager said you have to accept one deluxe room & second double occupancy room. My check in time 12:00 but when we reach at 2;00pm he said we dint have room service boy so u have to wait till he completed. We check in 4:00 clock with no towels available & not provided bisleri 2 bottles complimentary. Hotel having no restaurant. When we reach lift is not working. We have to wait at lobby. My money waste please blacklisted this hotel. When we reach at time 2 more customer argument with manager for same reason. My money gone wasted through makemytrip.

We stayed a day over here it was good experience and receptionist and room boy are friendly worth for the money
