Quality Inn

I booked a room in the wrong state d/t my own negligence to check the location after using the current location tab. I tried calling the hotel within 5 min of paying too cancel and was told by hotel staff that reservations were cancelled but Trip.com had to refund money. Trip. Com reports to me that the hotel refused to cancel. Now somebody is lying. This is completely ridiculous that a company making so much would have to lie cheat and steal from someone who is barely getting by. I hope the person responsible gets a feel for bad karma soon.

Stayed there on 23 Sept. Booked through choice hotels. Requested a ground floor quiet room, the desk clerk had problems acknowledged that I was stood at the desk. She gave me the key and when I asked her about the ground floor she said there were non available. loaded the cart up with our luggage which is a lot since we were oon the rood for a month. The cart would not fully go in to the room since the fridge was unplugged and pulled out, discovered a bug and rodent poison box. also not plugged in was the microwave and coffee machine. moved the fridge back. We had drive from San Antonio and had another long drive next day and were tired. The requested quiet room two people who argued most of the night. On checkout the morning clerk told me that she would have moved us and when I told her about the ground floor request she checked and told me that there were rooms available on the ground floor she sid she would report the whole thing to her manager. so fa I have heard nothing.

booked there a few years ago. unless they completely gutted this place, do not stay here. you've been warned. we checked in, went to room and immediately booked a room at the hampton around the corner and left. horrible stench and the elevator smelled like transmission/hydraulic fluid. sheets didn't appear to be changed. choice refunded me, but i told them this place should be imploded. after this, and noticing that an increasing number of choice brand hotels aren't being kept up, we have moved on to another brand

Quality Inn, Quality Inn, Quality Inn, what can we say about this location? Staff is very friendly and has great customer service. We checked in room 104 at 8:30pm,front desk was great, and again at check out excellent front desk. Nice, clean property, and inside clean too. Now, the area around hotel not the best but the hotel itself makes the area neat, clean, and quiet. We will be back in the future and recommend anyone in shreveport need a place to stay for a night, go straight to Quality Inn.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice. Housekeeping had everything we needed and more. Front desk gave excellent customer service. Clean and comfortable they made me feel. Breakfast was great, nice and hot. We will be back next time.

This is an old, outdated shack of a hotel. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on their website. The halls and room smell bad. The lighting is dingy. Everything is old , worn out and broken. Windows leak air and sound from the interstate badly

The Quality Inn was right where I needed to be. I entered the property, from online pictures, this was the place. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, neat, clean, and smelled very nice inside. I went to my room 108 and it was also nice an clean too. I slept very well with clean linen and pillows to lay on. Also the breakfast was good too, I had eggs, waffle, bacon, and apple juice. Could of had more but that's all I could eat. Again, home away from home, I enjoyed my stay, and will return in the future.

This place should be condemned. Firstly they could not find my reservation. The clerk was not helpful. I had her call the manager and somehow the reservation materialized while she was on the phone. Secondly, keys to the first room then gave us failed to work. Second batch of keys failed as well so they gave us a new room. It had been a long day, we turned in. I awoke to find a rather large rusting hole in the surface of the bathtub around where the water drains. I complained. the manager said she was not aware and would tell maitenence. Clearly, the tub needs replacement and the neglect is fulminant. Then I noticed the general state of cleanliness was substandard with greasy surfaces everywhere. YUCK!
