Robinson Pamfilya - All Inclusive

Total chaos in the organisation. Nobody knows what is going on. Paid 10 days, got only 9. Robinson does not care about you anymore once you have paid. Entertainment wise, don’t expect the level of Clubmed. For families with kids 0-5 years it may make sense. Good luck.

We stayed 5 nights at this club.unfortunately reception who check in us Ms. Asena gave us limited info and the limited info she gave us half of it was wrong. She did not aware of the club. She just say the is app you can check it. But app is generally German. Baggage’s after one hour when we arrived to the room after I called the reception. It is a German club not international it is funny but Just thelr motto is English. They have application that you can make reservations or see events but they are all German.They play games just in German. I stayed in French clubs lots of times. Before start of games they always asked if another nation is present or non- French speaking guests are present or not. So they always play multi language. But here they do not care if you exist or not. Rooms are clean but not secure for children. We stayed 3rd floor( why they planned a room at that hight with 1 year old child without elevator it’s unbelievable) and doors and locks can easily be opened by 1 year old child. So we placed a table in front of the door. Housekeeping do not provide any extra shampoo even you call reception. Mini bar has 2 small water when check in. And thats it. They do not refill even with water. With 1 year old child you have to climb 3rd floor with water for the room. When we first check in , A/C was not working properly. We opened and went to beach. When we came back the room was 33C. We call reception and told MR.Aytac there is problem with A/C and request extra shampoo. After technic came and try to solve problem. We went to dinner and when we came back some guy was in the room and the door was closed. He was another technician and he told me reception did not tell them the rooms in use. So it was in winter mode. What a coordination. Bravo to Managers of accommodation, MR .Kerim. Main restaurant is like 3 star cheap hotel restaurant. No table linings(except black days) all out side rooms reserved if you have extra wine. You have to sit inside if you do not drink wine. Thursday they did not serve any beverages. Waiter ask us to get our beverages by ourselves. Because they we trying to serve extra wines. Waiters generally do not listen what you say and try to serve German guest to get a tip.(except Mr Ömer,Kemal. They were sincere and hard working) We ordered Mr. Ramazan two teas and asked him light tea please. He brought us very dark tea and I asked him we requested light tea. He said these are light teas and left to German guest tables and show his cellphone images to them. We waited some time and then asked Mr. Ömer to bring a light tea to us. If it is not pandemic times I will not wait rude waiters to bring tea. I got it myself. But unfortunately I was not allowed to. Ruby club is good entertainment but staff should be trained. We solve the problem with them so I will not give details. Sunbeds are always reserved by towels by 9.00 am. You have to be early bird to reserve sunbeds. Animation team is a below average .

For years we’d heard people rave about Robinson, but we just couldn’t believe it was worth the money. We were wrong. Right on the beach, this place is fantastic. Attentive staff. Impeccably clean. Delicious food. An array of activities for kids and parents alike. But the best thing really is the club-like atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel at home among the other friendly families, most of whom appear to have been visiting this hotel for years. My husband played beach volleyball every day with a fun group that just sort of came together. My daughter (15) was able to find three other teens to hang out with. Even I, not the most outgoing person, had fun trying a kickboxing class and a yoga class for beginners. Everyone was there to have fun. A couple of things to note: this resort caters to German (-speaking) guests. I’d guess that 90% of the guests are German. I’m American, but I’ve lived in Germany for over 20 years. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it certainly could be for someone who doesn’t speak German at all. There were still COVID restrictions in place during our visit, so there were no shows or similar, but I understand that shows are usually exclusively in German. Also, there were no opportunities (that I saw) to book excursions or day trips directly through the hotel. It is a true all-inclusive concept in that once you are inside the resort, you tend to stay there for the entire visit. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, although you can walk to the town of Side along the beach in about 30 minutes. But frankly, I didn’t want to leave the resort! My family and I will definitely be back. I’m only mad at myself for not booking for fall break while we were there. The dates that work with my daughter’s schedule are already booked.

Henüz bir yaşında olmayan bebeğimizle birlikte uzun bir zamandan sonra bir tatil yapma arayışıyla aile olarak rahat tatil yapabileceğimiz bir otel bulmaya çalıştık. Birçok farklı otel yorumunu okuduktan sonra bu otele gelmeye karar kıldık. Kimi ultra her şey otelde yazılan yorumlar gözümü korkutmadı değil, örneğin havuzdan kapılan mikroplar, yemeklerden ötürü zehirlenmeler. Ama bu otelle ilgili böyle bir yorum göremedim ve özellikle bu durum bebeğimiz için çok önemliydi. Özellikle bebekler için bez değiştirme aparatı, portatif bebek karyolası ki bir benzeri evimizde de var, bebek sütü ısıtıcısı gibi araçların otel odasında sunulması bizi cezbetti. Diğer yorumlardan anlaşılacağı üzere özellikle Almanların ağırlandığı bir otel ve birçok tabela, açıklama ve notlar Almanca. Alman stajyer ve çalışan da çok otelde ama Türk çalışanlar da çok ve biz açıkçası dil sıkıntısı yaşamadık, yalnız akşam eğlencelerinden biraz koptuk çünkü hepsi Almanca, gerçi bebeğimiz çok küçük olduğu için zaten istesek de akşam eğlencelerine dahil olamazdık. Kısacası sağlık, temizlik ve bebek bakımı konusunda gerçekten memnun kaldık ki ayrıca ama ücretli olarak bakıcı da ayarlanabiliyor ama çok küçük bebekler için bir seçenek değil tabi ki, çünkü zaten anneye her zaman ihtiyaçları var. Ama yürüyebilen, kendini ifade edebilen ve artık iyiden iyiye çocuklaşan bir yavrunuz varsa bakıcılara emanet edip biraz bağımsız hareket edebilirsiniz. Bu otel ultra değil ama her şey dahil bir otel yani belirli saatlerde kahvaltınızı, öğlen ve akşam yemeğinizi ayarlamanız lazım yani belirlenmiş saatlere uymanız lazım. Kahvaltı saati aralığı ***et tatmin edici, 7:30dan 11e kadar açık büfe kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Çok çeşitli yiyecek içecek sunumları var. Alman pasta, börek ve çörekleri güzel gerçekten. Sucuktan sosise, Kars kaşarından tulum peynirine, türlü zeytin çeşidine, meyvesine ve türlü türlü ekmeklerine kadar birçok şeyi tadabilirsiniz keyifle. Öğlen yemekleri de plajın yanındaki bir alanda veriliyor, mayonuzla rahatça bu alandan faydalanabiliyorsunuz. Yine çok çeşitli yiyecek ve içecekler mevcut. Öğlen 12 ile 14 arası öğlen yemeği servisinden yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Aynı alanda 14ten 17ye kadar da atıştırmalık bar (snack bar) açık. Burada daha çok hamburger, kızarmış patates, tatlı ve meyveler sunuluyor ve tabi ki içecek kısmı öğlen yemeği saatinden akşam 19a kadar açık bu alan içerisinde. Alkollü alkolsüz türlü içeceğinizi söyleyebilirsiniz. Plaj kısmında da yine dinlenme ve eğlenme alanı var, ufak bir alan. Genelde alkollü içeceklerin servis edildiği bir yer. Özellikle çilekli tonik karışımlarını tavsiye ederim. Tabi ki alkolsüz içecekler de sunuluyor. Burası 17 gibi açılıyor, 19 gibi kapanıyor. Akşam yemeği de kahvaltının yapıldığı ana restoran kısmında 19dan 21e kadar servis ediliyor. Kimi özel yemekler belirli günlerde servis ediliyor. Eine Woche im Pampers-Club war meine erste Erfahrung. Da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist, kann man aber auch vielem Kindergeschrei entgehen. Das Personal allgemein sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen allgemein sehr gut. Tolle Veranstaltungen wie der Hawaiianische Abend oder der türkische Abend, beides mit vielen Spezialitäten, BBQ und eine riesige Palette mit Süßspeisen. Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und funktional, sogar ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit viel Platz. Deutsches Fernsehprogramm vorhanden. Die Saunen sind relativ groß und abends gibt es zwei Aufgüsse. Massage Anwendungen empfehle ich auf jeden Fall. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Meer und Side ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Für Familien auf jeden Fall genial, aber mir war auch alleine nicht langweilig.

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern und Enkeln im Club Robinson. Wir hatten 2 Familienzimmer, leider am Rand der Anlage. Ich habe am nächstenTag gebeten unsere Zimmer Richtung Zentrum zu tauschen, leider wurden wir vom Manager immer nur vertröstet. Das Nachbarhotel hat bis spät in die Nacht sehr laute Musik, deshalb musste man die Fenster nachts schließen und die Klimaanlage wurde trotz Bitte erst nach einigen Tagen eingeschaltet :( Man sollte bei der Buchung darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden dass die Wege sehr lang sind. Für ältere Menschen mit Fußproblemen eine ziemlich unangenehme Erfahrung. Das Mittagessen ist sehr einfach und entspricht einem 3 Stern Hotel. Wir haben unsere Flüge vorverlegt, wir waren froh wieder nach Hause zu kommen. Die Anlage würde ich nur bedingt im Zentrum wohnend weiterempfehlen.

Biz ailecek Club Med’ciyiz, özellikle su sporları için tercih ederiz. Daha önce bir kere Sarıgerme Robinson’da kalmıştık. Bu Robinson’da ikinci deneyimimiz. Oldukça memnun kaldık özellikle tenis oynuyorsanız çok ideal bir otel. Tenis kortlarından rezervasyon yaparak ücretsiz faydalanabilirsiniz. Tenis dersleri ise ücretli. Hocaları çok iyi, Güneş hoca ile cok güzel bir ders yaptık. Çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim roby club’de çocukları çok güzel eğlendiriyorlar. Bizim kızımız Almanca bilmiyor ama kids clubdeki Gül abla sagolsun çok ilgilendi kızımızla, ona alışması için Alman çocuk oyunları öğretti. Böylece adaptasyon sorunumuz olmadı. Oteldeki yiyecekler oldukça kaliteli, akşam deniz ürünleri güzel İtalyan lezzetleri geniş Fransız peynir çeşitleri vardı. Neredeyse Club Med palmiye seviyesinde kaliteli yemekler vardı (ama aynı değil :), aynı seviye desem yalan olur) hava soğuk olduğu için tüm havuzlara giremedik tabi ama çok keyifli görünüyor özellikle bir tane büyük jakuzili havuzu var. Otelde neredeyse biz hariç herkes Alman. Düzgün aile sahibi, tenisini oynamaya gelmiş bir kitle var. Herkes çok saygılı efendi bir kesim. Çalışanların tümü çok yardımsever, saolsunlar herkes çok çabalıyor. Su sporlarından katamaran sörf imkanı var eğer sertifikanız varsa. Rüzgar çok müsait. Biz katamaranla çıktık. Sabah yoga dersine katıldım bu arada, Almancaydı tabi :) ama hoca siz öne gelin ki hareketlerden bakıp rahat takip edin dedi. İlk Almanca yoga dersime katılmış oldum:) yani özetle biz çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelmek üzere ayrılıyoruz.
