Pour une première au Cambodge, ce fut une expérience très décevante. Après 3 semaines au Vietnam, où tout s’était déroulé de façon impeccable, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une situation où notre réservation à cet hôtel avait été annulée à notre insu, lors de notre arrivée à 21h00 depuis l’aéroport. Notre hôte n’a été d’aucun secours pour remédier à cet imbroglio, où les 2 chambres réservées n’existaient plus! On cherchait à comprendre le comment de cette situation. Nous disant que les hôtels aux alentours étaient tous occupés, elle nous a loué une chambre contenant 3 lits avec une climatisation déficiente (39 degrés pendant la journée). Nous avons déposé nos bagages pour aller prendre un lunch et lors de notre retour nous avons découvert que l’hôtel juste à côté pouvait nous offrir 2 chambres climatisées. À notre retour, l’employé nous a dit qu’il n’était pas possible d’annuler le paiement par carte de crédit et que sa patronne refusait de nous parler! Bravo championne!

Ruhiges, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einfachen, sauberen Zimmern, Die Poolanlage ist ein Highlight und Oase für Entspannung. Das Personal ist extrem nett. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch zentral. Nette Bars und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Hotel lovely, staff very attentive and room has great air conditioning but bed solid but they put another mattress on top. Pool bar lovely however only issue is that allow people to smoke at the swim up bar which I feel is not right having ash everywhere

A fantastic stay with Indochine! My third time in Siem Reap and this hotel was just fabulous. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, they helped us plan some tours/activities and any transport we required. The staff speak very good English, the food is amazing, we ate at the hotel many times! It's location is perfect, only a short walk into Siem Reap town centre (or by tuk tuk for a couple dollars). I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Siem Reap.

Beautiful hotel. Very large and well furnished rooms. The room servicing wasn’t as thorough as one would expect. We had run out of refillable soap, the towels were a bit ragged and the drinking glasses weren’t changed. The safe didn’t work so we had to use the master key. We were fairly sure it just needed four AA batteries. We had a small balcony, but it was shared with the neighbouring room which was a bit odd. The AC wasn’t the best. The ceiling fan was helpful. There was no window view. The breakfast was lacking for the price, but the all day food menu and drinks was very good quality. The pool was the best part. I estimate it to be just under 14metres and there’s loads of quiet opportunities to swim lengths. The reception staff did not have the best communication skills. For example, upon arrival, we were immediately told about booking a Tuktuk to the Angkor Wat park entrance but not told where to get tickets to the Angkor Wat park. That was another ordeal. Tip: Angkor Wat is extremely large and you cannot pass through on foot/car, as a foreigner, without a ticket. One day was more than enough for us. Unfortunately the entrance fee is an external company and does not go to the community, like many attractions as we later found out. Tip 2: We hired a moped though the hotel, for convenience sake, even though it was a more pricey than locally. We were given the most bashed up, underpowered moped with a throttle that would cut out and fall back to 0mph, causing a woozing ride. The seats were also extremely uncomfortable. We also weren’t upsold, and for 2 dollars more, we could have got a motorbike. My partner and have both done motorcycle training. Tip 3: Do not bother trying to drive to the lake. You will be stopped for being a foreigner and you must get a boat. We did not avail. The customer satisfaction of the boat isn’t great. Moreover, the laundry service was a little tardy. We dropped our laundry the night before and told we collect at 6pm. It wasn’t back until 8pm. It would have been nice to know so we could plan our last day better. It’s around 1km into town, on the less popular end, which is great for us because we enjoy a short walk and being on the outskirts, away from the hustle. All in all, we would definitely stay again, for the cheerful and friendly staff and excellent pool and restaurant menu.

Hotel is within walking distance to central area but still in quiet area. Room is large for solo travel, and the amenities are great. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Pleasant enough hotel for the price. Unfortunately our room was up two flights of slippery stairs. A fellow guest had a nasty fall down them. No television in room. Only furniture in our rather large room was a bed. Staff are friendly but many quite inexperienced. Service quite slow- we cancelled our order for my husband’s cocktail after waiting 40 minutes. Buffet breakfast had limited options and most dishes were empty and not replenished. All dishes were served cold including bacon, fried rice, noodles or curry.

Very welcoming on arrival with great communication before hand. The room is basic but has everything needed, it's very clean, superb wifi. The staff are amazing, very helpful and the massages are out of this world especially after a day visiting Angkor Wat. Food is really good and great value as are the pool drinks, the pool is lovely and chilled. The hotel is exceptionally quite for a good night's sleep on comfortable beds. We had an early start and was given a breakfast to take with us on that morning. Would highly recommend.

На это было две основные причины: во-первых, комната была очень мрачной, освещение было плохим, и из-за того, что она была старомодной, мы не хотели проводить там какое-либо время. Это было совсем не похоже на картинку на ***********. Во-вторых, зона ресторана казалась грязной - скатерти были грязными, и мне пришлось использовать полпачки влажных салфеток, чтобы очистить детское кресло, прежде чем мой ребенок смог в нем сесть. Сервис был средним, что необычно, поскольку мы видели потрясающий сервис почти повсюду в Камбодже. Расположение отеля хорошее, и регистрация прошла легко, но я бы не остановился здесь снова и не рекомендовал бы его.

У меня было бронирование на 5 ночей, и я выехал через 3 ночи. «Балкон» был настолько крошечным, что я не мог там сидеть, да и зачем мне это делать, не видя вид и рядом с кухней со всем ее шумом и запахами. Телевизор не работал, поэтому вместо того, чтобы переселить меня в другую комнату, они поменяли телевизор, на что мне сказали, что кабельного телевидения нет, только несколько местных каналов - кабельное телевидение согласно информации о бронировании. Дивана в номере тоже нет (согласно информации о бронировании), но для дивана нет места. Кондиционер шумный, нет разницы между настройками режима, поэтому он не подходит для сна, если вы выключите кондиционер, вы услышите весь кухонный шум (забудьте о попытках заснуть после 6:30). Раздвижная дверь на «балкон» не имеет уплотнения, оставляя зазоры для шума и насекомых, теперь поймите, шторы были такими большими, но свет все равно проникал по краям, и когда я посмотрел на третье утро, я увидел это раздвижная дверь на «балкон» имела зазор в 1 дюйм (2,5 см) от стены – неудивительно, что было так шумно и впускали на кухню запахи. Ванная была тускло освещена, душ был в лучшем случае чуть теплым. Чтобы войти в ресторан и в здание с номерами, необходимо снять обувь. Единственным положительным моментом было то, что завтрак был в порядке. Только при раннем выезде мне предложили поменять номер (о чем я просил в первый день, но мне отказали). Мне не вернули деньги за 2 неиспользованные ночи. Они взимают с вас полную сумму по прибытии, прежде чем вы увидите номер. Отель, в который я переехал, намного лучше. ИЗБЕГАЙТЕ ЭТОГО ОТЕЛЯ. Super place! Staff were really accommodating. This place is great value for money! The only tiny issue was that they ran out of pool towels. Place was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Location was good because it was just far enough away from the city centre.

Hôtel très agréable. La piscine offre un cadre chaleureux et naturel avec de très bons cocktails. Le personnel est aidant et de très bon conseils. L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville mais permet d’avoir un peu de calme.

Dear Mr. Heng Bunthoen, I appreciate the six days I’ve spent at your fine hotel. First and foremost, the employees here are absolutely wonderful. I particularly enjoyed Borain Nouem. I rarely left the hotel because I had work to do. She made sure I had good food to eat the entire time. This made life so much nicer for me because I did not have to go hunting for food and could continue my work with a little interruption. Also, Boreen made me feel like family. She has a heart of gold, and is happy to share her joy with customers like myself. She is the number one reason I did not move hotels. Having good food recommended to me is very important. I had to move hotels once because the food was not good, and food is so important in life. The fact that she went out of her way to be sure I ordered well, is key. Also, her sweetness is very rare in this world. She works hard to get things accurate and is a good team member. Also, the people at the front desk, Thara and Vitou, I found to be consistently charming and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Also, I appreciate you being a good example for your employees. It is very important to model the kindness you want your employees to share with the guests. I hope that you and your wonderful staff will be blessed and happy throughout your lives. I travel a lot and feel very qualified to say that this hotel is both immaculately clean and superiorly run. Great hotel, extraordinary staff, nice and relaxing swimming pool. The staff is providing great tips & recommandations for visiting Angkor Wat temples. The hotel is at a walking distance of the city center.
