上の階は古いシャワーでそもそも給湯器が付いておらず、水シャワーです。下の階はシャワーがリニューアルされておりお湯は安定してでます。 清潔感は妥協できる範囲ですが、何かが臭うのでうるさい換気扇をずっとつけてる必要がありました。 立地は悪くはなく、パブ・ストリートも歩いて行けました。近くにはコインランドリーやお洒落なカフェがあります。 アメニティは最低限揃っていて、ハンガーが大量にありました。

The only thing we were missing were hangers in cloth cabinet...but it was not a big deal, just it would be something to improve. Other than that King Boutique Hotel was very nice experience to remember. Very friendly people !!! Nice balcony and pool !!! Great place to stay, hope to come back.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! The pictures that they show are not updated, probably are from when they opened the place. Was very filthy and very noisy. I booked this hotel for 8 days but I only stay one day because was terrible. The pool was unbelievable filthy. This place seems more like a homestay or a shelter.... I found a better place for the same price and even breakfast was included. And also I couldn't believe that ******* wasn't able to return my money back... 1 star for ******* also.

In a walking distance of pub street and plenty of places to eat, it’s quiet place to stay and the staff are really nice, also some good massage shops near by

The only thing in favour of this hotel is location and the pleasant staff. It is perfect for Old Market, Pub St and Night Market. The hotel is NOTHING like the pictures on the internet. Dingy rooms, windows barred, aircon was ineffective, shower didn’t work, towels were threadbare, no breakfast or breakfast room just a single bed in there, toilet roll needed to be asked for, electrical wires and lamps in the pool where we entered, no sign outside so taxi drivers couldn’t find us. The list goes on and on. The travel certificates displayed inside all date back at least 10 years. How on earth this hotel gets a rating above 2* is beyond us, ideal for back packers!! Cheap and drearful We’re sure the photos of this place have been photoshopped as they are nothing like reality!!

On the plus side, great location, friendly staff, the rest, well very tired rooms, shower had 2 wires tied together over the top, lots of unwelcome guests ants cockroaches , maybe to be expected in this climate, window didn't close, latch broken, air con control didn't work, possibly preset? Only there for 3nights to get head down. Bed comfy, bedding clean, room cleaned every day to some extent. Don't believe the photos, they don't match at, pool dirty with floating light attached to wires! Lots of rubbish behind gates at side of hotel. Big shout out to staff who where helpful and polite. Ok if you are prepared for it at the price.

Friendly staff, good location and good value. This is a basic hotel but clean and convenient. I was on the third level in the front room and the walk up the stairs was a bonus and good exercise! At night I worried that the club over the road would be pumping all night but come 11pm all went majestically quiet. This was a good base for me during my Siem Reap stay.

That said , it is in easy reach of pub street and lots of eateries, is clean , has excellent tuk tuk man , and cheap. Staff willing to help, book tours etc and hotel far enough way to be relatively quiet. Overall a cheap clean hotel in a good location.

FILTHY, THE POOL WAS FILTHY

Friendly and helpful staffs, convenient location, and reasonable price in Siem Reap. But room is small, bed and mattress is small and bad not good for couple or family. No view from window see only other walls and roofs. Worse than that very disturbed and loud noise at night from the night club in front the hotel.

시설이 나쁘지 않았고 주요 명소에 대한 접근성도 괜찮은 편이였습니다. 교통수단의 경우 타 지역과 큰 차이는 없었던 것 같습니다.

Bien localisé dans Phnom Penh, dans le plein centre, mais prestations limitées. Pas de petit déjeuner. Pas de PQ. Literie limite. Mais il y a la clim, une piscine et un mini frigo. OK pour le prix demandé et la localisation. Beaucoup de petits commerces à proximité.
