On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Crans-Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the lake, 650 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (90 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 18.Apr. and 01.Jun. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-20:00). Tennis (01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lac Grenon" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.7 km, tennis 1.2 km, riding stable 1.6 km, skisport facilities 650 m, cross country ski track 1.7 km, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 250 m. Well renovated and located. With a nice terrace in front of the mountains. Only one downside: the kitchen hood does not work.

Very nice view and pleasant balcony, however the kitchen and bathroom need updating (at least put ceramic hobs, cupboard doors and dark tiles). The bed linen is polyester, except the bottom sheet Not very comfortable for perspiration The dining room table

Clean, comfortable bed and furniture, good use of space, well laid out, well located, beautiful view, large pleasant communal swimming pool, fast internet and modern tv: we will gladly come back! A minor detail, purely personal: not a big fan of the light
