Premium upgrades include oversized quartz island, open floor plan, high quality finishes in both bathrooms, smart refrigerator with built in Keurig, designated built-in office space with queen-sized Murphy bed, custom closets & washer/dryer in private enclosed mud room! Short walk across the street to the beach, tennis courts and private community marina! *Small dogs under 20lbs are welcome, $250 pet fee is required prior to check-in. Please let host know if you plan on bringing your pet so that the office may be notified. *A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee are provided. Travel sized shampoo/comditioner and soap are also provided.
