Kostantakis Residence & Winery

We spent 5 days there and we are extremely satisfied, very nice residence within the vineyard, near the beaches of Pollonia (8 min walk) and Polychronis (5 min), the breakfast was very good and the staff was so warm and friendly with us. There’s plenty of restaurants near by walk and it feels like your are in a small village. We highly recommand this place if you want to have a human approach vs the big hotel. We had a lovely stay at the Kostantakis Residences' pool house within their charming vineyard. The two-bedroom pool house was exactly what we needed for our holiday. The contemporary decor gave a fresh and modern vibe, and the private pool was lovely. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to the overall positive experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all that Pollonia has to offer on foot. The daily breakfast provided was simple yet fresh. There was daily servicing; they went the extra mile by even hanging out our laundry from the washing machine – a thoughtful touch. All in all, our stay was delightful and memorable. Kudos to the Kostantakis Residences team for creating such a lovely environment.

Beautiful residence, very quiet and close to the town. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are wide, nice and clean and breakfast offers a good variety of food. Whatever you need, they’re eager to find a solution. Saved as a favorite place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kostantakis Residence for our honeymoon. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and clean. Also, the location is perfect--you feel like you're in nature, but still a quick walk into town. We especially enjoyed the winery, learning about the vineyard and trying the delicious wines (we took 3 bottles home!). I cannot recommend this accommodation enough and I hope we can come back again soon!

We stayed at Kostantakis Residence for two weeks at the end of September/early October 2021. Our studio was very pleasantly decorated and furnished. The outside patio was equipped with a table and chairs, two deck chairs and two sun loungers - perfect, Aneta, Irini and all of the staff were very helpful, charming and a delight to talk to. The delicious buffet style breakfasts were served outside, close to the winery, with a wide choice of dishes, including eggs, cereals, croissants, home made cake and jams, cheeses, cold meats etc etc. Kostantakis is situated about a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Pollonia in a very quiet and peaceful location. Endroit agréable mais bien trop cher pour une prestation basique. Equipement sommaire Joli jardin, personnel avenant On a payé le prix d un 4 étoiles pour un 2 étoiles, on pensait à ce prix là arriver dans un lieu exceptionnel mais c est loin d être le cas

Un endroit très agréable. La maison pour 4 que nous occupions était parfaite, avec 3 espaces extérieurs privatifs très confortables. Tout le personnel est très sympa et serviable, le petit déjeuner est bon et en majorité fait maison ( mention spéciale aux mini bougatsas, délicieuses). Pas plus de 5-7mn de marche pour aller au port ou à la plage, mais très au calme dans la nature. Les différentes maisonnettes sont disposées de telle sorte qu’on a l’impression d’être seuls.

Il residence si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Apollonia, in una zona verde e silenziosissima. Il personale è cordiale e disponibilissimo. I bungalow sono dotati di cucina, aria condizionata, wi-fi (in alcuni momenti non del tutto funzionante) e terrazzino con vista. La colazione è ottima. Ogni giorno vengono anche preparate alcune cose “in casa” (marmellata, tè o dolci). Nella struttura è presente anche la winery dove è possibile fare delle degustazioni. Forse prezzo un po’ troppo elevato per i servizi che complessivamente vengono offerti (probabilmente perché era la settimana di ferragosto)
