City Star Hotel Kulai Review I recently stayed at City Star Hotel Kulai, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel has a very demure and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind. One of the nice touches was the free drinks available in the fridge at the lobby, which is a thoughtful addition for guests. There’s also a minibar in the room, adding to the convenience. Speaking of the room, it was spotless—definitely one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Overall, City Star Hotel offers great value with little extras that make a difference. 4 nights stay was awesome. Rooms were spacious very clean & Hygienic Good location Cafes or kopitiams within 5 minutes drive and very nearby. Outdoor parking available for guests. Love blinds, allows to select either sheer or blackout.

Hotel is clean and good location, overall is was a comfortable Stay

Never expect a hotel within a small town to be so good and it's much better than the other hotel nearby the area. Believe this Crystal Inn Hotel is newly renovated, the interior looks so new and clean. The mattress, carpet floor, bathroom and everything were clean. Walked past a room which was in the midst of cleaning, the staff really lifted up the mattress to vacuum everywhere in the room. Impressive! Will definitely stay in this hotel whenever we travel to Batu Pahat again!

I usually stay in this hotel whenever I visit BP. The room is very clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable too.

The hotel provides car Park. My C is 1. Cleanese in the toilet and room, and breakfast . The Roo. Fringe and free goodies in the room. Lobby provide small package of apple juice, milk , chocolate drink. Mattress is firm. Pillow is soft. 2. Convenient- Car park not an issue, The surrounding is 20 meters from Summit Mall. Food and Cafe are plenty in surrounding area. 3. Customer Service - staff are responsive and friendly in reception during my check in.

Once we walked in received very welcoming greetings from the staff who offered us drinks. The room was very clean and new. Breakfast was limited though.
