Hotel Azur Premium

The wellness was under expectation. The hot water was not working. The Turkish bath was not working. The dressing room had only one banc. In general all the wellness part was under expectation for a 4 star hotel. The dressing rooms are so small that only 2 persons can use them

A room separated to the neighboring room with a door, poor food, dirty. Service fee charged on each and every item. The kids place is very dirty (see photo) The spa separated for kids is full with adults. 4-5 stars to create magic for non-exigent people..Never again.

The hotel is located right on the beach. Close to the city , but just far enough to keep the place calm and quiet. There are big green spaces , gardens , not only with the beach . The pools and wellness are excellent . The children animation is satisfactory. They have good buffet restaurant and good a la cart restaurant as well. The bars and spaces are perfect for the adults. Not mentioning the bowling and other amusement facilities The only issue with the place is the outside grill Terrace where the staff is miserable. Their boss is a kid, so you even cannot claim :(

This hotel is purely for Hungarian locals or German tourists. The staff are very rude & disdainful yo anyone who is not Hungarian, but especially to Irish travelers it seems. We are 4 days into a 7 day stay and I am so annoyed I can’t even wait until we return home, to submit a review. The staff have told us blatant lies about availability & location of things in the hotel, and as they speak very little English, the communication has been very poor. Even the notifications left in our room have been in Hungarian! The food has been very poor overall-again tailored to Hungarian tourists, and very unchild friendly. I think the photos will speak for themselves. We have travelled the world and never had to withstand the general attitude of the Hungarian people! They are definitely not customer service orientated, and actually scowl when you pass them on the street. If you are ever to visit, stay to the main tourist attractions of Budapest,

Hotel is in standard quality. But services and staff are terrible. A lot of space to make it better. For example bad open time in english hotel information. A lot of staff is not speaking english, only HU. Staff from wellness leave 5 minutes after close time and we stay there with towels…

We recently spent three wonderful days at the Azur Hotel with my family, and I am happy to say that we are returning guests. My wife, our 7-month-old daughter, and I arrived, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel's stunning location by the shores of Lake Balaton immediately offered relaxation and entertainment opportunities. The property catered to all our needs, and undoubtedly, one of the main highlights for us was the wellness area. The new, modern, and clean rooms were also remarkable, complementing the comfortable and pleasant environment. The dishes served in the restaurant were delicious, but we felt a bit disappointed with the food selection. We expected a greater variety on the menu, especially considering the hotel's capacity to accommodate many guests at once. Our only concern was that the outdoor pool was too cold for us. Otherwise, the pool would have provided a pleasant environment for relaxation, but unfortunately, we couldn't make use of it. We hope they make some changes in this regard in the future. Nevertheless, we are confident that we will return, as the overwhelmingly positive experiences outweighed the minor shortcomings. Comfortable rooms and the proximity to Lake Balaton all contributed to spending a pleasant and relaxing time here.

Hotel Azur Siofok is placed near by Balaton so this is definitely huge plus. The lobby and lobby bar looks fine. Room are a bit old and smelly. Reception is nice but not fluent in English - we asked for 2 separate rooms with proper beds and they accommodate us in family room with one bed and sofa 😁🙈 …….room change etc. not what you expect after a long trip to get here. Kids club is nice option but mainly is in Hungarian language, so not interesting for foreign kids at all. Breakfasts and dinners are really poor. If this hotel would be in the middle of interesting city with attractions and we could dine outside this could be an option, not cheap of course😉

Wellness centre for children (if you can call it a wellness center) . We paid 70,000ft (€170) for one night for a weekend to have children events evey morning in the pools with extremely loud music and their coach screaming over the mic for two hours!!! Without anyone from the hotel notifying us that there are these kind of events coming up!! Ridiculous!!! The shauna in our room was not working, we had to pay for soda drinks for our dinner, and the personnel had quite an attitude when complaining about the loud music and the noise in the wellness pools!! It's a big NO - NEVER AGAIN - WAIST OF MONEY EXPERIENCE!! And the wifi is not working good!

I never see like this dirty rooms... No wacuming, smeel so bad.. We paid the premium rooms, and this van is good for worker hotels. Like 2 *.. When we complaning they say tgis is the room what you have. WOW. Bathroom, only the cheap shampooo. Nothing els.! Towers dirty, floor, dirty, 2 pillos was there like 1000 years old. I say this hotel is no good.
