Мы чувствовали, что это был хороший отель рядом с аэропортом и идеально соответствовал нашим планам. Мы смогли постирать кучу вещей, заказать приличную еду в номер, а в соседнем отеле был прокат автомобилей Budget / Avis, что сделало его удобным для выезда из этого района. Перед отелем также останавливается автобус, который соединяется с линией Пикадилли, а также есть несколько приличных ресторанов в этом районе. Утром завтрак тоже был довольно хорош.

Отличный бюджетный вариант для семьи. Прачечная и небольшая кухня были именно тем, что нам было нужно для недельного визита в Лондон. Персонал в целом был полезным. Однако они не были осведомлены о местном общественном транспорте и не знали местных служб такси. Нет халяльного меню. Вегетарианский вариант на завтрак был разнообразным и вкусным. Каждый день на завтрак подают много горячих блюд. Вечерние закуски в середине недели в лаундже были приятным штрихом, и дети чувствовали себя комфортно и хорошо заботились во время нашего пребывания. Спасибо, персонал Staybridge Suites. Тренажерный зал дома был действительно хорош, но не открыт для детей младше 16 лет. Полотенца, но нет воды в тренажерном зале. Наш номер был просторным и удобным для семьи из трех человек с большими чемоданами.

We've stayed in this hotel several times and we've always had a great experience. Great staff, great room and great food. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel. Concept is fantastic with room to cook. Ordered room service and cooked breakfast in our stay. Really great and would stay again.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not walkable from the airport, it needs to take a public bus from the Terminal 2 Central Bus station or using the Holiday Inn group shuttle bus (GBP6.80). Alternative means are Uber and taxi. The choice of food at breakfast is limited but reasonable. There are 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby pantry. The hotel shares the fitness centre with the Holiday Inn hotel next door. The hotel only serves room service food but you may dine at the restaurant at Holiday Inn. If you need to grab cold drinks or snacks, there is a grocery store after 20 mins' walk. There were problems with the room key cards which they automatically reset if you touch the card with electronic devices. We had exchanged 3 times for the key cards and the hotel staff apologised for the inconvenience.

Everything is good. But the washing machines didn’t work very well.

Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

Our flight is cancelled in the midnight so we had to stay near the airport for an extra day. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and the breakfast is good. However unlike other IHG hotels, they do not provide bottled water, toothbrush and slippers complimentarily to customers, you have to bring your own.

Everything was great, can't really access to the gym room, the kettle was not clean to boil the hot water. staff was friendly and service was good! Breakfast can be more choices. Overall experience perfect!

A very good stay excellent hotel

The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a simple yet elegant decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any disturbances.

Location is not too far from the airport. I had to call the hotel to find out which bus to get on at the airport. The room we stayed was great for a family of four two adults and two kids age of 11. Beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel offers good amenities and great complimentary English breakfast. Our kids really loved the breakfast and compllimentary drinks.

A great hotel and one of I’ve not stayed before within the IHG group. The rooms are of great size especially for London. The breakfast was also full of options. Great stay!
