Hotel Lugana Parco Al Lago

Very rest after long day journey. Check in almost 11:45pm. But the gentleman was very good. It was raining. The floor next to balcony are very wet & sleepeely. Water was in side the room on the floor. We have to put towels to avoid sleepy floor next to balcony door.

This hotel is right on the lake, has plenty of parking, a good restaurant and bistro, and delightfully helpful staff. The gardens and pool are beautiful, and the room was comfortable and attractive. I absolutely recommend this hotel .

This hotel was so bad that we left the same evening we checked in. The front desk gentleman was nice, staff were friendly, and the location was nice, but the rooms were horrible. They were dark and dingy and felt very “depressing.” The mattress was so old that you could see each and every spring popping up through the comforter. We have a baby and they provided a room which was in THE WORST possible location - immediately adjacent to the reception so noise levels were very bad. Our room was also right behind the kitchen so that was extremely noisy too. There was no air conditioning and no fan, so the room was horribly stuffy and we couldn’t open the window from the kitchen noise cigarette smell, nor were there any screens and we didn’t want mosquitoes. The shutters were broken and wouldn’t close all the way, they tried to fix them and when they couldn’t, they then offered us a room which was even worse. We ended up being so apalled by the room that we had to rush to find another hotel and checked out of the hotel around 8pm with an exhausted toddler. The entire experience was absolutely awful and not to mention we lost all the money from the entire trip but it would have been unbearable to stay there with a lumpy, springy mattress, no air circulation in the room, and super high noise levels.

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati nel periodo di Natale e ci siamo trovati davvero bene!Hotel e camere molto pulite,le signore addette alle pulizie disponibilissime. Personale reception accoglienti e disponibili anche loro. Tavolo per le colazioni super fornito e il personale di sala gentilissimo.Hanno accolto molto bene anche il nostro amico a 4zampe sia in camera che nella sala colazioni,senza nessun tipo di problema.Ci hanno dato anche un pass per accedere ad uno spazio esterno per poter portare il cane!!!!Ottimo direi!!Di fianco all'hotel è presente la pasticceria LA FENICE. Ottimo locale ben curato e dolcetti buoniiiii!Hotel che consiglio!!!

Non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Leggermente fuori Sirmione, affacciato direttamente sul lago, con spiaggia privata, parco di 2000 mq e una pulitissima piscina, tutto incluso, compreso il parcheggio! Ristorante sul lago, colazione ottima soprattutto per la parte dolce (leggermente carente il salato). C’è anche una pasticceria annessa di livello superiore, direttamente sul lago. Personale gentilissimo, ottima pulizia, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le stanze sono comode e molto pulite, anche se datate nelle finiture e nell’arredo e con tv piccolina

Siamo stati a cena al ristorane, cercavamo una location suggestiva sul lago e questo e' il posto giusto. Ottima cena, dal pesce alla tagliata, vino del poduttore "ca del frate" buonissimo (graditssima scoperta) staff veloce e gentilissimo! Assolutamente consigliato.
