There is a large grassy lawn in front, perfect for soccer games and a fenced backyard area with a play structure for your kids to enjoy. Four bedrooms upstairs are furnished with modern décor and a shared, updated bathroom. Downstairs you will find a fully stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace, and TV room with streaming options, in addition to a pull-out sofa bed. Guests have access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the home (~2000sf) and all of the yard.
