El Dorado Maroma A Spa Resort - More Inclusive

I visited the El Dorado Maroma with my friend for a week in January 2023. Believe me, this is the best resort ever! I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area, and this resort outranks all others! The service is simply amazing, from the second you arrive until you have to leave. We absolutely loved Manuel at the beach, who greeted us each morning and walked out with us to help us find the perfect spot for the day. He didn’t just hand us our towels - he laid them out for us on the loungers or the bali bed chosen, then adjusted the umbrella so we could be in the shade, as we preferred. He then continued checking on us throughout the day and adjusting our umbrella as the sun moved. Talk about being pampered! He was wonderful! We also loved Little D (Diego) at the beach, who brought us drinks and made us smile - he seems so happy to be there! I can’t forget to mention the beach - it is the best beach of any resort I have stayed at! Clean, white sand, and so few people. That’s another great thing about this resort - no crowds!! It is small, quiet and relaxing. So peaceful! If you want a party resort, this is not it. It was perfect for us! Overall, you will not be sorry if you choose this resort!!! We loved it and will return again, hopefully soon, and hopefully with my hubby next time! I can’t wait to hear those wonderful friends tell me “Welcome Home”!

We travelled here to celebrate my 50th birthday, the hotel and grounds are immaculate and the beach is beautiful. Staff work extremely hard and provide an excellent service. Our swim up room was perfect and very spacious. The choices of food in all the restaurants were superb although my favourite was breakfast at Lima Limon. The Mexican fiesta was very well organized and you could tell how much effort was made by the hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing honeymoon at El Dorado Maroma. The hotel is absolutely incredible, rooms are so spacious and clean and the bed is super comfy. The staff are all so friendly and polite and can’t do enough for you. The restaurants are amazing and food is delicious. Take a trip to Palafitos restaurant while you are there it is a beautiful setting for a romantic meal. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect setting for a honeymoon. So much to do but also plenty of time to relax and enjoy the gorgeous weather and surroundings. Special mention to some of the staff who made our visit: Maria Dennys Hazael Chris Octavio Alex Randy Marco Felipe All staff were so helpful and kind and would always ask if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back to the resort and would recommend to everyone.

I can’t rave enough about this resort and its staff!! I’ve never traveled anywhere in the world that makes you feel more at home than Maroma. The entertainment staff is absolutely amazing (Octavio, Chris, Hazeal) made every day and night exciting and special. The bar tenders are 2nd to none ( Rene, Solema, Karen, Filipe) The servers are always on top of things ( Arturo, Jesus, Chepina, Eduardo) the spa is definitely worth a visit and I highly recommend Patricia & Liliana. Last but not least the beach staff will always be there for you (Manuel, Eli)

Following a terrific week at El Dorado Maroma one year ago we returned in April, this time as Exotic Travelers members, for an even more satisfying stay. We selected a spacious and well designed private pool suite, with a much-appreciated outdoor shower. Service throughout our stay was consistently welcoming and professional, with special thanks to our always-attentive butlers, Enrique and Marbel. Thanks also to Augustin at Pepito’s and to Adrian, Alexander and the other members of the superb entertainment team. Meals at all of the restaurants were uniformly excellent and enjoyable. We especially liked the convenient and delicious poolside lunches - paella, ceviche, barbecue and tacos - and the amazing beachside Mexican fiesta. Our plan had been to spend several days exploring Mayan sights and local cenotes, but the allure of the resort makes it too difficult to pull away. The superb facilities, unparalleled beach, and lush landscaping are all standouts, but the genuine warmth and graciousness of the staff is what really sets this resort apart.

Amazing time at Maroma. During a Mexican night dinner event we heard from so many guests how impressed they were with the staff and attention to detail. This is our 4th visit to El Dorado Maroma and always enjoy ourselves. Our butlers, Israel and Bernabe, were amazing and made us feel like royalty. They are great examples of why we continue to come back again and again. They looked after every request and followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Geovanni who took special care of us. Such a gentleman and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. A shout out to Alberto and Octavio who not only looked after our drink requests but also kept us laughing and smiling. We loved the spa experience. Eva is my go to experienced massage therapist, who worked magic on my tired back. Amazing woman. If you have a chance to connect with Miguel, the Sommelier, you'll be sure to enjoy his story telling of the history of sommeliers while enjoying some excellent wine selections. He loves his craft and is on his way to becoming a Master Sommelier. Such a great vacation that we have already rebooked for the next one.

El Dorado Maroma is a slice of heaven on earth🌴The small and quiet couple resort is beautiful and a gem in the Myan. It’s around 25 minutes from Cancun airport. We have been here 4 times and love it! The food is incredible! The staff and chefs go above and beyond for you to have an exceptional dinning experience! The grounds are beautiful and always are being worked on to maintain and upgrade their natural beauty! The beach is beautiful white, soft and cool sand to the touch- the water is amazing blue green and when it’s calm is such a delight to wade in. The rooms are clean and pleasant- we don’t spend a lot of time in them at this resort . The staff is what just makes this resort shine for us . Augustine , Diego, Salome, Erik, Arturo, Julean, Eli, Israel, Bernabe, Fernanda, Randy are just a few of the Merlin’s favs for us ! They spoil us and remember things about your food choices that make your dinning experience bump up that extra notch! We will be back again and again!
