Hotel Gardenia Sorrento

停在酒店停車場車被撞了，雖然忙前忙後幫着協調，但20歐的停車費堅決要收。到底是有多大臉？

We have just come home after spending a week at this fabulous little gem in Sorrento. The Comfort Gardenia was recommended by Citalia as we were looking for a small friendly hotel. Couldn’t fault anything. All the staff were amazing and made you feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, mine had a view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. We enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons with cocktails from the pool bar. A 15 minute flat walk into the centre and although you are on the Corsa Italia which is busy once you shut the balcony doors there was no noise. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This hotel is a special little gem! Every staff member is friendly, helpful and delightful. I regret I can't remember every name but there was Giatano, Lilio, Magdelana, Tizzianna, Michael, Emenwello and many more. (I probably spelled every name wrong!) The entire facility is immaculately clean. The breakfasts are way too good so it's a good thing we walked a lot! It was also centrally located to other attractions and shopping as well. Sorrento is a lovely area. I hope to return again and when I do, I will stay at Hotel Gardenia.

We went to this hotel not knowing anything about it as a travel provider rang few days before travelling to say hotel we originally booked was closing down for repairs. We arrived an where greated with big smiles an glass fresh lemonade 😍 nice touch. Check in was quick don't forget city tax charge. We arrived around 11 was ro early to check in so we stored an bags an went for lunch. We arrived back at the 3pm an went to are room. Room was lovely a clean big large double bed and a small bunk bed over the other side. Beds where so comfy. Staff where amazing. Breakfast was such a nice touch bacon eggs pastries ect. All fresh. Pool out side was freezing but we still gave it a go lol x highly recommended an will be back again x

We had an amazing week's stay at the hotel Gardenia. We had a warm welcome on arrival, room was comfortable and lovely balcony onlooking the busy street, we could watch the world go by! Breakfast choice was fantastic, we were always greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for making our holiday special, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Being near the end of season, we had pick of where to sit by the pool. Perfect location for the train station, walking into town and the many restaurants to choose from, missing Sorrento already! Thank you.

Hotel was fab as were the staff, they couldn't do enough for you. Room was spotless and bed very comfy. Would highly recommend hotel as its about 15min walk to Plazza, train and bus station. Marina grande is about 5mins further.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! We stayed at hotel gardenia for three nights in Sorrento during our travel to the Amalfi coast. We booked an airport transfer to take us from the Naples airport to the hotel and was told a price over a month beforehand. Our flight was delayed two hours and we emailed the hotel letting them know. We also provided the hotel with our flight info as asked earlier. apparently no one works at the front desk, answers emails overnight or tracks the flight like every other hotel does. We were told we had a 100 extra euro fee for a waiting time which was never spoke about before. when asking the hotel night manager at the front desk about it he was very nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRANSPORTATION HERE! They also require a key in place to keep the air conditioning on. They take the key away from you when you leave never allowing the room to get comfortable. The shower floods, the bathroom smells like sewage and the breakfast in the morning is awful. You also aren’t allowed to bring an iron in the room. If you need to iron clothes it must be done in a small room behind the bar in the lobby. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

We have just checked out from a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Gardenia. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile and a glass of fresh homemade lemonade, and given a map of Sorrento with restaurant recommendations circled. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious balcony. We requested a quiet room as we were aware that the hotel is on a busy main road. We were given a nice room round the side and with the balcony door shut we could not hear any noise from the road. The air con works very well and the room was lovely and cool. There is a very nice pool which is shared with the hotel next door. The pool area was never too crowded, with plenty of sun loungers and chairs/tables available. The pool itself is a good size and very clean and there is a bar serving snacks, ice creams and drinks. All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection - fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, breads, scrambled eggs and much more. The hotel bar is also very reasonably priced - we had a few drinks here whilst waiting to go out to dinner. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

Nice modern room. Location convenient and easy walk to the square and old town. Excellent pool and solarium with plenty of spaces. Not to busy even at peak times. Nice pool bar with great selection of drinks and food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall good experience and would certainly stay there again.
