Club Residencial is a very quiet and relaxing complex but just a short walk from all the beaches and nightlife.
Important Electricity Information! (Electricity Not Included)

5 Night Or Less (50 Usd Electricity Deposit)
Electricity in the Dominican Republic is very expensive, and the A/C and hot water heaters are the main source of electricity consumption. Electricity will be charged apart from the rental cost at time of departure.
(18 Rds/Kw) When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the departure time.
This Deposit Is Refunded At The End Of Your Stay.

For your convenience and safety, we highly recommend booking our trustworthy taxi service, which will ensure a hassle-free journey to our property. Guests who book our taxi service will not be subject to the late check-in fee.
***alternative Transportation***
If you've already arranged your transportation or have a rental car, you are welcome to proceed with your own plans. However, there is a late-night arrival fee of $40 for arrivals between 11:00pm and 7:00 Am. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures.
