Обслуживание в отеле отличное👍, персонал очень радушный, как на стойке регистрации, так и консьержи. Украшения праздничные, к Рождеству. Вся дорога от входа до самого отеля меня приятно удивила. Отель Jakarta Marriott хорошо управляется, и все сотрудники во всех отделах излучают тепло, как родные. Обстановка комфортная, очень чисто.

Прекрасный отель с отличным номером. Дружелюбный персонал. Но немного большие очереди на завтрак.

Я заехал поздно ночью и увидел в номере грязное постельное белье, видимо, его пытались постирать, но безуспешно. Думаю, 5 звезд для такой сети неприемлемо. В номере не было мини-бара и расчесок в ванной. Туалет плохо смывает. Тропический душ не работает. Из плюсов: прекрасный вид из окна, удобное расположение, вкусное мороженое на завтрак. Лобби красиво оформлено. А вот завтрак, на мой взгляд, не дотягивает до 5 звезд, там, где пишут про соки, – это какая-то химия, что пить невозможно. В целом, меню азиатское.

Курорт JW Marriott в самом центре города. Превосходный уровень обслуживания, демонстрирующий отличное гостеприимство. Замечательные завтраки и представительские блюда. Размер номеров-люкс и отличные удобства, особенно тренажерный зал, бассейн курортного типа, не для плавания на длинные дистанции. Персонал на стойке регистрации и обслуживающий персонал соответствуют международным стандартам. Мне понравилось.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. My kids had a blast staying here, and the food was consistently delicious. A great choice for a family getaway

Service was amazing here. Everyone was polite and helpful. Location was good as it was near the shopping malls and local eateries which were also excellent. Easy drop off and pickup with high security. They also have a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet but it is a must try.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location is next to some food places and you can walk over to have meals. The nearest mall within walking distance is Lotte mall.

My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta was exceptional, perfectly blending luxury with heartfelt hospitality. Does not meet 5-stars hotel standards

I have stayed there a lot, we used to like to stay here ever visit to Jakarta a few times a year. The last 2 visits we have even booked extra rooms or brought family over. For reference the screenshots are of a video I sent them showing 9 flies on one window in the spa, the spa of all places. It was like that for 2 days I visited the spa in a row which is quite disgusting for a SPA!!! But this time their cold plunge is broken, the steam room was cold and the area spa area was filled with flies. It’s really not nice sharing what is meant to be a relaxing area with flies The was a leak on the floor upstairs that had been there a little while and the floor was soggy. Last time the jacuzzi was cold and the steam room was also cold. It’s really been a bit disappointing the last couple of visits. Do you have processes in place to check the equipment? Who is allowing the flies to remain in the area every day, it’s a bit disgusting. Are they not being checked properly or are people just ignoring the proper cleaning? Their response to the complaint was poor. I even had to chase it up a third time to get a response which i think was the most disappointing part for a repeat customer who brings guests every year. I can forgive mistakes but the same problems again and again annoys me. But I’m a bit believer in seeing how people rectify their mistakes (turn a negative into a positive). But if given a chance to make amends and you ignore it and the. Come back with a lackluster apology on my third time of contacting you- then it’s time to leave a review and hope that makes them take things more seriously. The final photo is taken from a 1 star review they got. It is their response to that person’s 1 star review. It gives you an idea of how they deal with these matters….

Property is a little dated but everything works and the room was clean. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the in room dining was decent too.

Excellent international brand, but with a local touch when it comes to service. Everything was impeccable until I got hit with checkout car parking managing formalities. Staff needs better parking procedure management, so that guests are not left wondering between floors and doing the employees' job. Left me upset and confused.
